Saturday I called to set an appointment for my puppy to be groomed and was informed that the price would be $54 or less depending on what was needed to be done. I arrived to the appointment today and was advised by Rae that the price was $54. Rae than asked me if I wanted my puppy's nails grind, I said yes. Rae never informed me that this was an up-charge until I asked to confirm the total. Here I was thinking that my maximum would be $54, since the puppy did not need a lot done and I was up-charged. For them it's all about the upsell and the haircut my puppy received was not worth it. The bathroom at PetSmart was disgusting and when I mentioned it to one of the staff at the desk she was extremely snooty and said, "Why don't you let the staff out front know, I have nothing to do with that." I will definitely not be going back and cannot recommend this business.

Great selection of cat food, cat toys and catnip. They want to sign you up for some kind of membership, I don't know if it's worth it though.

This review is for Pet Grooming Department. Staff at this Jensen Beach store was pleasant. Place appeared unkept. Not sure its ever been sanitized and sweeping doesn't appear to happen very often. I was disappointed that you pay for extra services that you don't receive. Essentially they determine what service they'll provide and you won't be offered a refund for the services not provided, which appears to be all the extra stuff. Definitely overpaid for service. If you choose to go here, just pay for the basic pet services (ie. bath, haircut nail clips) and you'll be fine. Don't fall for the extra upgraded packages. My pet was supposed to have all kinds of extras like fragrance spritz but did not come out smelling like anything except wet fur smell (even though my pet was dry). Honestly not sure if they used shampoo but I have no way of telling since there was no fragrance. Needless to say i was disappointed and will likely end up going somewhere else for future grooming services.

Jazzy is the absolute BEST! She goes above and beyond to make sure my dog has the best experience every single time. I was hesitant to try a corporate groomer but I am so glad I gave them a try. Scheduling appointments is a breeze- they always accommodate my schedule and my dog's special needs. Pricing is great and customer service is top notch. Thank you to the Banfield grooming team in Stuart- and special thank you to Jazzy.

I don't recommend the grooming. I paid for a full everything grooming for my dogs and paid alot for both my dogs. Again 2nd visit here ...they didn't do their nails. Now I have to go to another groomer to get both dogs nails done.

This has been our 2nd grooming since we adopted Blue. He was matted from the shelter the first time, & they couldn't have done better! He was just in for a trim this time, & everyone is so kind & loving toward their customers ?

This place is the worst at customer service and dog service. They can't handle a dog that gets a little scared and nervous getting his nails cut. So instead of putting a cone or muzzle on him they tell me never to bring him there again. And then even worse they flag all the PetSmart In the area so that I can't even bring him to another location . And by the way he's an 9 pound chihuahua! Your people need some training on how to deal with dogs that don't always like getting work done !!!!

Terrible manager. They tried go tell me my appointment wasn't ony day when I booked it. Then tried to say we will rebook you and give you a 10% off coupon. Wanted me to have a brand new trainee 20 something, looked 20 years old groom my almost 14 year d dog 65 pounds with hip issues (hard no) because the groomer she goes to called out sick. I paid $50 r/t for Uber to get there and tge manager wouldn't groom her? Excuse me? Waited 45 minutes back and forth store manager in and out Banfield too. I finally left. So unprofessional. She has been groo.ed since 5 weeks old. Loves getting groomed. Loves the bath. Loves the hairdryer. Loves the brush. Doesn't whince at all. Beauty at the parlor. Treated like a POS there by Jen, the manager. Total bitch. Bitch on wheels. GTH Jen. Lost a customer. Same with Banfield. FU. Ssmevwith the whole store. FU. Tori, groomer, quit. Oh and last three times she went they didn't do her ears. Jen said it looks likes she has yellow in her ears so we can't do it. Yeah that's because you didn't do her ears! Tori said ooopps my bad! Call her. Jen said no I'm not going to call her to verify. Really? It's your fault. Now you won't touch her ears because you haven't done her ears? POS groomers. Oh and if she is unstable the table we will halt it. Oh really? A newbie two days on the job, a senior dog, 120 pound skinny chick, doesn't know what's going on, is going to groom my dog, a service dog, and put her up five feet on a table, as an experiment, sure bitch. Hard no. And you want me to pay $90 to train someone and possibly have a disaster? No. Not going to happen. Nooe. And you are calling me ma'am and getting mad at me for raising my voice? Yeah, damn straight. That's right. I am. Bitch. I am. I am raising my voice.
