I went to Petco for years. We went there for puppy training- which was great! We also have a saltwater aquarium that we bought a lot of fish and supplies for -all good. We had our golden doodle groomed there and she groomed him like he was a poodle & charged me 90% of the fee and she only did 10% of the work. :(! then one day we were buying a bunch of supplies we had multiple bags and a couple large ticket items and when we got home we realized we didn't have everything we bought and calledthem. They told me to come on in and they would see what they could do with that. So I took the receipts with me and went in there and the manager who I have never seen in the store before basically called me a liar. I will never step foot in that store again. I can understand if they couldn't refund things because I really did not have proof but to call me a liar in front of all the other customers and cashiers- unbelievable . She could've just said I'm sorry I can't do anything for this- she said she was there every day and never saw me there ever. I was there several days a week for 2 years. Even the dog trainer apologized to me for her Attitude! She should not be in any kind of customer service ever ! I had spent thousands of dollars there.... I will never go back!

they have birds all alone ;( in the back of the store where they get no attention. and the fish tanks and reptile tanks are very very dirty clearly nobody cares for their bettas and lizards. sad excuse of a pet store.

Went to return Halo Dry dog food that we purchased for our dog. We believe that this food did not agree with her. Used it by adding to her regular diet and she had stomach issues. We then waited a couple weeks and tried it a second time and got the same unpleasant results. Obviously, we decided not to try again and went to return it. We were told that even though we had bought it there, they would not take it back. No credit after 30 days. This company is selling food they do not stand behind. We have never had a problem with any dog food before and will definitely think twice before purchasing anything at Petco again. This was the Stuart Petco.

I am very happy with Kate who has groomed our dog, Sophie, for the last 3 or 4 times. She is a mini goldendoodle and Kate gives her a great haircut and all that grooming includes.

Worst customer service ever ! There employees beed some training & so do the managers! Very disappointed will be speaking to a district manager!

Very clear instructions. You stay in your vehicle and they will text you when your appointment time is ready. Obviously thus has to be done this way because of Covid. Once you go in, the process is very quick.

This is NOT about Peto, it's a review on Vetco veterinary clinic that's inside the store. Absolutely horrible experience! Not only do I have zero record that my dog actually received her shots, but also the person checking me in, was totally incompetent and should not have that job. The veterinarian made inappropriate joke and I am the least sensitive person. If you manage to upset me, you know it was a bad situation. Besides the horrendous care, it was a total rip off and I will gladly spend the money on a real vet's office visit in the future. I will not be returning nor should you! I will give kudos to Nick, a Petco employee, because he was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone

Stopped by 30 minutes before this store's advertised closing time to pick up food for my gecko before I left town. The door was locked and the blond employee working rudely mouthed "closed" and turned her back on me never giving me a chance to explained how quick and necessary it was to grab something for my pet!...if you are in a pinch, this store cannot be relied on when it matters most!

When an enployee named suzanne is allowed to wear a BLM mask in support of this Terrorist organization that wants to kill police and make no mistake about it they do ,it's their chant, and the store manager doesn't care and I call corporate and they don't care I have a problem with that and any American who believes in the constitution should call and complain and have this person fired and the manager fired. And boycott them! I'm sure if an employee was wearing a trump mask they would have been fired already!And of course I never got a callback from anybody at Petco regarding my legitimate complaint about supporting an organization that wants to kill police and has destroyed millions of dollars in damage and Is responsible for the beatings and deaths of over two dozen people across the country

I have been bringing my dog to this location for the past five year for nail trims. The service has always been great, until today. The encounter I had with Sarah in the grooming department was very unsettling. My dog is 16 years old and has arthritis in her hips. I always ask the employees to trim her nails on the floor versus lifting her on and off the table. The employees have ALWAYS been very accommodating to my dog's special needs. Unfortunately Sarah is not one of those employees who is willing to accommodate to the special needs of an animal. She stated she could not trim her nails from the floor as it is against their policy. I asked when their policy changed as it has never been an issue, she responded that their policies are ever changing. When she was finished she took the leash off my dog and turned around and walked away without saying a word to me. She waited until I was at the door and she was on the far side of the salon to say "thank you have a nice day" in a sarcastic tone. Sarah definitely has some growing up to do and is in need of some retraining. Someone who does not put an animals needs FIRST should not be working with animals...plain and simple. I am not only disappointed but also sad that I need to find a new location to bring my dog to in order to avoid another encounter with Sarah, This is the only place I have brought her and always felt comfortable with my dogs care until today.

We have been taking our 7.5 lb Shihpoo Lucy to Blair at Petco for two years and have never been disappointed . Blair always has such a nice smile and makes Lucy feel comfortable. She is an excellent groomer and we appreciate what she does for our little Lucy!!
