I used to love shopping here before my most recent experience. Don’t waste your money on their ooze vape pens. On the 3rd one and it was defective out of the box, the manager doesn’t do returns or exchanges. They don’t have a sign letting you know this so I hope you are reading this review.

So I’ve been shopping at 420 for three years now. But this just solidifies why you need to shop here if you haven’t. I purchase a device through the store. There were issues with the device. I went into the location I purchased the device at and told them my issues. The worker was not only understanding but he listened provided feedback, and just talked to me about the product. He tells me he has to take my number down to give to his GM and I should be hearing from them. A little over 12 hours later my phone was ringing and it was the owner of 420. First things first. It’s The Weeknd I wasn’t even expecting a phone call back until Monday or Tuesday that’s amazing response time. He then proceeded to hear what’s going on with the device and then his response was “what can I do for YOU to make this right”? For me hearing a business owner say that, that means he cares about his customers and his store reputation. He ended up taking care of the situation and resolved it in less then 24 hours. That’s service. Chad and the 420 staff were not only super professional but also super compassionate and helpful and I can’t thank them enough. If you haven’t been into the shop you need to stop in at any of there locations they all have fire glass, and awesome customer service! Thanks again guys!

Was attended to by Shannon who has great customer service skills. Very nice, cheery and polite young lady as well as knowledgeable. Took time to explain the product. Enough choices for what I wanted and the prices are fair. Will go back.
