I was trying to take my 2 & 4 year old to the doctor when I found out my battery was dead. I got a jump and drove to o’rellys. I barely was in the door and explained my kids were in the car and asked for help. They immediately helped me and even gave my kids toys to play with while they were waiting. They just got a life long customer and pizza is being sent to them for lunch!! Thank you guys again!

I just went to oreillys auto parts on federal hwy in stuart florida, I was looking for parts for my car and the man that was working jim assisted me. I was being polite giving him all the information to the car to get some knowledge of the vehicle. I asked him if he can search some things up for me and he got really rude stating that I should go look things up myself because he wasn't going to do it for me. I got really upset that he came at me that way he was so awful. He shouldnt be working in a public job. Carlos the other worker was there in the moment. Carlos was also somewhat rude. When I asked for his name he stated can't you read. I will be contacting corporate in the next few days does type of people shouldn't working for a company. Jim the manager there told me to leave his store for no reason. I was there to purchase some parts. He is a liability to the company. He looked at me like if he hated his job. I will not be going there anymore.

I pulled in with a nail in my tire this morning . I was only dropping my daughter off, and I hadn't anticipated getting out of the car at all. So I strolled in shamefully, with my nightgown on, and my daughters sneakers. I was helped right away by a man named Richard. He was incredibly kind. They don't patch tires there, but he cut the nail with snips and referred me to tire kingdom. Thank you Richard! You rock!!

Richard made my lights work better at night with 6k cool white on my 2007 Saturn Vue 3.6L V6.. yay. Not much room, had to remove 2 bolts on each headlight and that was it!!! Yay. No problem for Okeechobee pass through. Yay. ?
