What happened to this store??? Hubby and I really used to enjoy going there. Went today and it's clothes, shoes, etc. Very cluttered and didn't seem as clean. Guess this was our last visit.

Cashier Jamie need not put your opinions on customers. If the customer says you have too much inventory in your store, you do not need to argue the fact. The fact is you have so much inventory you make your customers walk 3/4 of a mile through your turnstiles like you’re at a amusement park to check outYou have no idea what it’s like to be old in your body hurts with every step you take you have no idea you didn’t take that into consideration, but I am the customer and you were just plain rude and then you tell me in you’re snarky Voice , have a wonderful dayAnd bless your heart Jamie

The store itself is amazing good variety and great prices. However the staff chosen to work there not so much.
STAY AWAY FROM SIMONE!!! rude, impolite, unprofessional to say the least.
Upon spending over $100 on merchandise asking for a bag and receiving one with an attitude was, and is a joke. The rest of the staff very nice. If you choose to shop here again STAY AWAY FROM SIMONE!! shoppers

This is the place to go for any seasonal needs. They have Halloween stuff and now and Christmas stuff is going up as well. The store was clean. Employees were very nice. Prices were pretty reasonable.

I have been shopping here for years and have always had good experiences & appreciate the variety of merchandise. That being said, I need to share my most recent experience with this store. I recently moved and many friends know that I frequent this establishment and gave me gift cards for housewarming gifts. In June I had purchased & returned several items. It appears that the cashiers or their system are not processing gift cards accurately!!! I was given a gift card by the cashier for $120. When I tried to use this credit, it was denied and I was told there was ZERO balance on the card!!! ? Needless to say I was livid, spoke to manager etc. they said nothing could be done!!!At this point, I began to worry about future purchases, returns etc. Fast forward to three weeks ago. I had several gift cards remaining and decided to use them up before I had another problem. Unfortunately, once again I had to return several items and was given a credit on a gift card for approximately $90. There was a manager at the register, I explained my concerns due to previous problems… he checked gift card before I left the store and assured me there wouldn’t be a problem!! This time I was sure to keep receipt to verify balance on the card. I go back to the store two days later and I had the same EXACT issue with the manage and they told me once again that there was ZERO balance on my card and there was nothing that could be done about it!! I am furious!! This is over $200!!! If anyone has any suggestions as to how this can be rectified, I am looking for advice!!

This is legit my new favorite spot for pretty much everything.Think Michaels and HomeGoods had a love child, set their prices like they are a Ross and then have daily color coded sales like a goodwill. You could spend all day buying all new stuff and really don't have to overspend.Bring a coffee, and walk every isle, that's my recommendation!
