Joven, who was called to the Tech area greeted me with big smile then actually listened as I explained what was happening on my laptop. Needing aTech Support service, I purchased Office Depot's for only $129 for a year which included McAfee's anti virus protection service (which is $100 per yr.) Joven was unbelievable he also did a back up for me and by the next day, he had my laptop up and running, He even had my desk chair ready that he had to assemble. The service was at Office Depot from start to finish was great! A special thank you to Joven.”
