You definitely do not want to buy supplies at Office Depot. I worked at the corporate headquarters for years and watched them steal from schools. Millions and millions of dollars in the pockets of Office Depot at the expense of public schools. Just horrible. I tried to stop it, but ended up being drugged, beaten, and hit to the back of the head with a hammer once I reported the theft to the CEO Steve Odland. What a coincidence that I would happen to discover millions of dollars being stolen and then suddenly I'm on disability. You're try and try to do the right thing and yet they continue to charge or over charge schools. Most teachers have to buy from their own pockets because Office Depot would never ship them the materials they needed. If Office Depot had shipped the materials, the teachers would never have had to return to their own pockets

This place is horrible. Ordered a banner, called the day before and asked if I ordered a banner will it be ready by tomorrow, they said yes. Next day comes and I never get a confirmation that it's ready so I go there and ask. They say no it's not made and I think we're out of the material to do it. I said well why didn't anybody call me? Then they call over another worker and she finds the materials they needed and starts to make it.

On 12/11/2022, I took my laptop to Office Depot to get help; my laptop took on a nasty virus. Joven, who was called to the Tech area greeted me with big smile then actually listened as I explained what was happening on my laptop. Needing aTech Support service, I purchased Office Depot's for only $129 for a year which included McAfee's anti virus protection service (which is $100 per yr.) Joven was unbelievable he also did a back up for me and by the next day, he had my laptop up and running, He even had my desk chair ready that he had to assemble. The service was at Office Depot from start to finish was great! A special thank you to Joven.

Let start we this crappie Office Depot had to fax some paper or W-2 forms to person never gave back my forms call the store and of course they r protecting the girl who works there in Stuart they suck and they know it. Here's a example when in and fax some forms cost me 10,27 next day 19.76 same the other day the manager sucks

I had such a wonderful experience at this Office Depot today. Maggie, in the printing/copy department, did a fantastic job of multitasking so many orders at once. She was patient with each person who came in, was understanding of the individual needs, and kept everything straight. She really went above and beyond for me with what I needed, worked with me to get the best price and outcome, and was even understanding that I had my kids in tow. She made a really difficult job a fantastic experience!The other employees who were working at the time, were also patient with my older kids and helped direct them to things they wanted to look at while I was busy.

I bought a Lenovo all in one computer for $650. Right out of the box the keyboard did not work. Called Office Depot and they told me that there was nothing they could do. That I would have to contact Lenovo directly. That is lousy customer service. They were NO help at all. Called Lenovo direct I couldn't understand a single word the guy was saying. I was disconnected or hung up three times and I just gave up. I had no option but went and bought and paid for a new keyboard out of my own pocket.As far as I'm concerned Office Depot and Lenovo have absolutely NO time for the customer.

The slowest print center known to man. Ordered prints in the morning and said they would be ready by 6. Never got a conformation text saying it was ready so I had to go in person since they wouldn't answer the phone to tell them to print it. Annoying that I had already paid so I couldn't just go to the self serving printers to do it myself. Would have been way quicker.

Sadly if you call 20 min before they close.. you sit on hold :( noone answered and it was a waste of my time. I prefer to shop local however I conveniently ordered a brother printer on line directly from Brother company - so long "no customer service " at Office Depot
