I took a belt to Nobile Shoes in Stuart to get another hole punched in the belt. They took care of it and to my surprise did not charge me. I was so impressed and decided to bring any future repairs to them. Fast forward and I brought in another leather belt that needed replacement leather at each end of the buckle. They kept the belt and said they would contact me with an estimate. After a week, they still did not call with a price. So I called them and was told it would be a total of $50. I informed them that was too expensive and that I would pick-up the belt. When I went in to pick up the belt they said it was already repaired. Their mistake, so I asked if they would offer me a reduced price. No. So the repair person decided to remove the repair and gave me back a ruined belt. This included throwing out the original leather parts they removed without permission. Extremely disappointed in the service.

If you want to give your money away just hit them up. $75 for a simple shoe lift. The sneaker only cost $50. Way way way over priced and they took forever.

I had some soles replaced on 4 pairs of shoes with leather and Neolite soles. Quick turnaround time. A little more expensive than I expected but very happy especially with the leather soles.

Great cobbler fixed my heels right up that needed some love . And shortened very expensive belt that was xtra large and I needed shortened. Moderately priced and Quality work . Recommended

I cannot recommend this business highly enough! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And the service? Let me tell you!!A friend of mine needed a pair of leather boots re-heeled, so we went to the shop. The usual wait time, while very reasonable, exceeded my departure for the holidays, leaving my friend no way to pick up her boots. Upon hearing this, the owner fixed the boots while we waited!!! It doesn't get any better than that!

Customer service is off the charts. I definitely will be back. Had a small problem with my purchase and they made sure I left the store with shoes that were properly fitted. This is how my parents bought shoes for me 60 years ago.

Wonderful selection of shoes for special health issues both Women and Men. Great brands of comfortable casual shoes and high quality sandals. The staff is well trained. Everyone treats the customer like Royalty. Family owner and operated for decades in Stuart.

Diabetic Shoes are NOT FREE! You have to ask the billing department at Nobel's what your copay will be. Shoe and purse repair prices seemed reasonable

It started with a phone call. Yes, they could do what I wanted (change the heels on a pair of shoes) but when I got to the store, there was a misunderstanding They thought I meant heel tips. I did some research then called again to ask if I got the heels, could they do the work? "We need to see it," they said. Another trip for the owner to look at the pair I wanted changed and another pair with the heels I wanted. " Yes, we can do it" and quoted me a price.I then ordered the heels, but when I took the shoes back in for the work to be done, they said they couldn't do it - different sizes.Now, I would understand if they had said "Maybe" or asked me to get additional information, but 3 trips and $40 out of pocket later, I'm back at my starting point and gravely disappointed.

I dropped off a pair of high heel shoes, simply tips on the heels. 2 co-workers dropped off a pr of shoes as well. We paid in advance. They both got calls within a week that those shoes were done. I waited and waited. 2 wks later I called and they couldn't find my order. After locating it I was told they were done. I retrieved them, wore once and 1 heel tip fell off before the end of the day. So, would not recommend . At 25.00 for 2 tiny heel tips, I would expect them to last longer than 8 hrs.
