Very slow paced workers, nice & polite, but slow. Had a start time of 9:15 then they went down to the truck & came back 20 minutes later to get started. It took them an hour & 15 minutes to get the bedroom done with only a mattress, adjustable base, armoire, & a filing cabinet in it. And in that time they were already taking a break or a breather (as he called it). I was getting frustrated so my daughter, friend, and I started bringing boxes down ourselves. It was at that time that I noticed they had taken the sectional from the dumpster that I was throwing away & put it in the truck (on my time)!! When they took the curio cabinet out of the house they hit & broke my neighbor’s light globe outside his front door, swept it up, & threw it in my recycle bin but didn’t mention anything about caring about it or replacing it. Moving my things into storage went much faster however, I went to my storage the next morning and there were boxes & a nightstand on the floor that had tip over from the pile that they stacked. The nightstand has damage but not sure about anything in the boxes yet, didn’t have time to open them. They literally did a 2 hour job that took them 3 hours & I was quoted $10 for gas on the phone & they charged me $18. I definitely will NOT use this company again.

We had a fantastic experience with Mr. Small Move! Driver RJ and helper Torey arrived right on time and were incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. They expertly loaded our furniture into a pod and were accommodating with our special requests. The company was easy to deal with, responsive, and had great communication throughout. RJ and Torey did an excellent job, and we will definitely request this crew again when we need to unload the pod. Highly recommend!

Lonnie, Ray and Dexter did a tremendous job moving the furniture and cartons of files and materials here in our office. They were diligent and efficient in getting the job done!I recommend them highly!

My dressers were not wrapped, mirrors destroyed and dressed clothes pushed down in a regular box not a wardrobe box and put in my storage unmarked behind furnitures and other things not being able to find my Church clothes for approx. 2 months. They were leaving without setting my bed up the way theymet it at my previous house. Sloppy job. Will never use them Again or Recommend ever?

The staff from Mr. Small Move – RJ & Snow – were really great to work with. They were both very polite and kind to my mother during her move. They were also very careful, deliberate, and skillful in the way they moved all of the household items. Furthermore, they went out their way to set-up and place items where my mother needed them in her new home. They worked very hard and did a great job – I can highly recommend them & Mr. Small Move.

They moved us from our house into storage for a month and then into our condo. All of our dressers and large furniture were delivered upside down. They told us we could leave contents inside the drawers so all of those things were turned upside down, damaged and stuck in-between each drawers. Legs were completed busted off of some large furniture. Dressers were missing their backings to hold mirrors. They lost the contents of our hall closet which included ski gear, fold up chairs and step ladder. My vintage armoire had a chunk of wood out of it.
