I really appreciated working with Mpact Windows. There was an issue with the manufacturer but they kept me posted and it was solved. They know what they're doing and I ended very happy with the job. Mike and the team are very nice and professional people.

Mike sold me the windows and doors, and was able to provide me with someone who was able to change one of my sliding glass door to a window. The wife was ecstatic with the results, so I am happy. Mike was also able to accommodate and assist with using his crew for other projects that had to be done at our house in order to replace the windows. MPACT was one of three companies that we invited to our home to give us an estimate for replacing all of our windows and doors. The first good sign was when Mike showed up on time (not always a guarantee when we’ve had other estimates and construction projects). Secondly, he took a lot of time explaining the process and offered multiple products whereas the other companies seem to be pushing one particular brand.Once we made our decision, Mike let us know upfront that the windows we chose were backordered and provided us an installation date within a few days of his initial visit. This was my only worry throughout the entire process because I new COVID was disrupting a lot of services. Low and behold MPACT got our windows and the installation began on the day we had scheduled.Smooth sailing the rest of the way. Great crew (and it was same crew each day) of installers, clean, and very courteous.The new windows and doors look amazing. HUGE difference in how quiet it is inside the house now and we have already noticed better than expected savings on our electric bill.Services: General door installation

Mike came highly recommended from a friend. He was a pleasure to do business with! He was able to get measurements the same week and a quote put together. From the time we signed our contract, to the time of installation was about 3 weeks which is great since we had specific window sizing. The installation was smooth and clean. Yes, I would recommend Mpact windows and doors to family and friends. Thank you again Mike.

Mike and his team did a excellent job with the hurricane windows and sliders for my home. From start to finish, Mike was there every step of the way to answer any questions that we had. Mike and his installers are very professional and got the job done quickly and left my home very neat and clean. I would highly recommend this company for your hurricane window needs.
