Overall, I had a great experience dealing with Motor Cars of Stuart. Let me start by saying that Mac McCarthy was simply the best. Before we even met face to face, we spoke over the phone, and he was very pleasant and willing to help. As a result of the confidence I had in him, I decided to purchase the vehicle without an inspection, and I didn't have to fly down to Florida to do anything. He made the entire buying experience fun and easy, considering I was buying the vehicle out of state. All the paperwork was handled, faxed, and emailed to me. He provided me with accurate pictures and videos of the vehicle. Furthermore, Mac helped set up the shipping of the vehicle and followed up with me after the vehicle was delivered. I couldn't ask for more. This was a wonderful experience, and I am so glad everything turned out to be so great. Make sure you ask for Mac McCarthy if you ever stop by this dealership.

Very professional. I brought in a car I was going to sell. They looked it over and couldn't offer the price I wanted. They gave excellent advice on my options for other ways to sell the vehicle. I would definitely go back if I was selling another vehicle or looking to purchase a different automobile.

Simply an excellent business. More concerned about people, safety and public good than car sales or making a profit . Very impressed with their integrity. Handy location just off the highway in Stuart, Florida. Website is also easy to navigate.

The people there are so friendly and very helpful going above and beyond. They don't sell you anything they build a relationship with you. It's a place where I want to buy all my cars just because of my experience with them today.

The worst car buying experienced one can make is to buy a vehicle from Motor Cars of Stuart. If I could give zero stars I would. Very dishonest, liar and untrustworthy. Long story short this was a blind purchased from out of state. Because of the Pandemic I was unable to fly down to Florida to inspect and pick up the vehicle; Therefore I relied solely on them to make the purchase of the vehicle a positive one. THAT WAS A MISTAKE!!! I was dealing with this snake oil salesman MAC McCARTHY. This guy is nothing but a liar! I relied on the salesman to provide accurate information and complete pictures and videos of the vehicle. He provided pictures, but hide the known defects. He lied about his phone couldn't record videos, that he was going to the store to buy a new phone. At first he seems okay at the beginning, but as soon their received the fund and the deal has closed he started to show the typical used car salesman manners. Once the vehicle is delivered by the shipping carrier. I found all the hidden defects; faulty sunroof, high wind noise when driven past 50 MPH, broken door panel, peeling leather on the dashboard, check light and scratches throughout the exterior of the vehicle. That vehicle had 3 open recalls and the vehicle been in accident. So, I pretty much purchased a lemon vehicle from them. Once I call to complained and explained some of the problems I found wrong with the vehicle, he lied and made false promised and said a lady at the office name Michele will provide and mailed me what I requested. Never received anything. Soon after calling and text him repeatedly, he stopped communicate with me all together and never return my calls ever again. This place is without a doubt sketchy! Do not make any purchases from this dealership.

Great quality used cars. Purchased my second car from Michelle & Jeff today. Wonderful, honest, local small business owners in Martin County. Also visit their restaurant Nancy's Pizza for great food!
