Worst Experience ever buying a cell phone. within an hour I wanted to upgrade and pay the difference. And they wouldn't let me. had a problem with the phone I bought. They were supposed to replace it and it ended up being someone else's phone that got fixed so I never got my phone replaced.

Rosa is our Go-To person for metro. Her store is absolutely the most efficient store in the area. Aryani helped today and had us in and out with all issues solved within minutes.

Very bad service in the office at 853 SW federal Highway. One week only of buying a phone and is not working. I paid a temper glass too and we return the phone, they gave us a new one but we have to pay $27 dlls again for reinstalación and they want me to pay again $35 dlls for the temper glass. This is a rip off!!! The lady was very rude( employer # HVR330..) with my boyfriend by thePhone and with us in the store. Worst customer service!!!

This is more about Metro in general than the store location itself. But this is the worst service I've ever had. For having unlimited data, you can't do anything unless if you're connected to wifi. Signal is out the entire day. The only way I know someone called is if there's a voicemail. Even then, I can't call the person back because service is constantly out. Even as I'm typing this there's a notification that says no voice service. This is beyond ridiculous. 45 dollars a month and this is what you call customer service? Two years I've been with Metro. I'm sick of this.

Went in today to make the switch from android to iPhone. Rosa the employee was extremely helpful, she went out of her way to explain all the new features. She connected me to the store wifi and walked me through the switch over process. I would have been lost without her assistance. She made the transition so easy for me! I’m very grateful

All the workers are so patient, loving & caring, I always got something I don't understand about my phone & they always take time to show me the problem & solve my problems, Love them. The monthly bill is affordable, I wish A.T.&T were like Metro, I highly recommend them, I give them higher than 5 stars!!! Going there today possibly getting a new phone.
