Such a good experience here. The salesman Mario was very helpful and informative. We gave a budget and mattress type we were looking for and we found one we loved in 5 minutes.

My first experience with mattress firm was not a good one. My second experience was great. Jamie spent over an hour with me to make sure I got what I needed and wanted. She is definitely a keeper. Matress Firm is lucky to have her.

I went into the Jensen Beach Matress Firm store to buy a new mattress. I was assisted by a delightful woman named Jamie. Not only was she and the manager Mario great to work with, but they patiently helped me find the perfect mattress. I didn't realize how much science goes into finding the perfect mattress.
I've had it home for 2 days and hve had the best sleep in a long time.

I went to Mattress Firm mainly because I had a previous positive experience with this company. Dylan was the only employee in the store and he expertly and politely managed two other customers with complex needs in addition to me. He was competent, knowledgeable and professional, answering my questions and providing adequate information that allowed me to make an informed decision regarding which mattress would best meet my needs.
Mattress Firm is fortunate to have Dylan as an employee and he should be a role model for other sales people within this company.
