Big shout out to Mack Sails. We blew out our sail track on the way down the coast. We pulled into Stuart, Mack sent a rigger out to get exact measurements, ordered the appropriate track and Travis personally delivered it to us in Riviera Beach, saving us the shipping cost. Exceptional customer service!

Mack recently replace our running rigging, main sail, installed a Mack pak etc. Their crew (Richard) is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I found their prices to be very fare. This is the second time I’ve hired Mack and highly recommended them

Had a "Stack Pac" made and installed by Mack sails. It really is a faulty design. I had to modify it to be able to get the leach of the sail into the sail cover. I recently hired them to install what's known as a "storm" track for the mainsail. I asked them to have the sail and cover cleaned while it was off the boat and being modified by them for the storm track. They refused to do it. After they finished the Storm track job, they improperly installed the Stack pack. Additionally, two sharp metal pieces were adrift in the folded sail. they could have easily cut into my mainsail. Mack Sails, never again.

I was invloved in a large storm at Jenson Beach this past week. Had damage to boat and Mack Sails was there to help. Without transportation we were limited. Mack sails helped and not only provided what we needed but gave great advise to protect us and our boat going forward. Call on them I know they will help.

We were pleasantly surprised when John and Zack arrived a day earlier than expected. We had them inspect rigging and remove main sail for some repair work. When we asked if they could help us take down the Genoa they said "sure thing" and offered to fold and store them till we return in the fall ..... Great professional teamwork....

We have used Mack sails for years. They serviced our sailboat in the Midwest and now our 45 ft sailing vessel in Florida. Always knowledgeable, timely, honest, and skilled. So glad they are.

There electrical division run by Collin Mack should be closed, too much to list here in detail. Over view charged over double the quoted amount, job was improperly done, not up to code, still finding wires unattached or disconnected and the list goes on...i wouldn't have even given one star.
