Amazing customer service! Nadia is very knowledgeable, found the perfect cruise for us and got amazing deals for my family which involved accommodating a complex group with varied ages and needs. She was also very communicative with me as I had MANY questions and changed my mind about staterooms several times. Looking forward to this cruise!!

I found Nadia a couple years ago (pre-pandemic) when searching for cruise/port information for a cruise I had already booked. Nadia provided helpful information even though I hadn't used her services (yet). I promised for my next booking I would utilize her services...and then the pandemic happened... But all is well and we have kept in touch while waiting for cruising to start up again and we booked a cruise through her. Nadia works tirelessly for her clients to get them the best rate, updating progress and re-pricing the cruise when prices went down. She offers best advice on where to spend your money instead of just doing frivolous upgrades. She cares about her clients and taking care of them. Unfortunately, we had to postpone our cruise, but we have every intention of re-booking as soon as we can and we will absolutely work with Nadia again. For any travel needs, cruise or otherwise, talk to Nadia before you book your next trip!

I first applied to the Aurora Cruise& travel LLC company. I talked to Nadia Jastrjembskaia. I must say that this person is in his place. I have never met such professional service. she picked me up a cruise with all my wishes. in a conversation with her, I received a lot of interesting information about the trip. she answered all my questions. it is immediately evident that Nadia Jestrjembskaia loves her job and does it with pleasure. if someone wants to purchase a cruise, I recommend contacting the company Aurora Cruise &Travel LLC.

This is my third year working with Nadia and Aurora Cruises and it won’t be my last! Nadia makes the entire process from planning the trip to making sure we get all of our needs met very smooth. My friend Nadia is travel-wise, and more important she really works for you. Her ideas and selections are amazing. For example, my wife and I had THE most wonderful trip to London, capped off by an unbelievable Atlantic crossing, a perfect stay in NYC, then home to Fla. I was looking for a different cruisline than what we wound up with. She told us Norwegian cruise line didn't have the one we wanted. Turns out it does. Didn't receive an OBC or any other amenities for booking a balcony. I was disappointed after we made the deposit and came home and found what I wanted on NCL. Should have said no thanks.

The cruise to Bahamas I booked myself with Royal Caribbean was cancelled accidentally and we lost down-payment too.I asked Nadia Jastryembskaia to help me.She booked a spacious cabin with balcony for same sailing days,she helped to return a down-payment and in additional she found the price that was lower that original price.I am happy customer.Thank you Nadia.I had a great experience with you.Nadia is very professional!!Highly recommended!!!
