Do not purchase the craftsman gas push mower products from this store. I had saved and purchased a mower at the beginning of the summer season and within 30 days i was having issues with it shutting off. returned and purchased a replacement identical m230 push mower $500 now replacement mower is over thirty days and having issues. won't start. Now the Delima ....... Lowes won't return at store and craftsman is telling me i have to take it to west palm beach, Okeechobee, or Vero beach. to have it serviced. this is a consumer nightmare and I hope this review saves anyone from making this purchase. because this situation is not ideal for anyone nobody should have to drive two hours per trip total 4 hours to resolve manufacture issues. I should have known this was not a good purchased, the plastic carburetor should have been a sign. now I know what grandpa meant by they don't make things like they used to.

I Always prefer this Lowe's over the Home Depot a block up the road. Always easy parking, organized and clean store. Friendly staff. Never a problem or a wait checking out.

I just ordered 105 bags of mulch and 20 landscaping timbers so I needed to get it all shipped to my house. It was easy to do and I received it all in a few days. The delivery guy was nice and put it all exactly where I wanted. I was very satisfied and would recommend the home delivery.

This LOWES is a joke! It's like a ghost town. All the employees are standing around up front doing nothing. The prices are more than HD and the items are opened and damaged laying all over the floor! It's pathetic!

Consumers beware! We bought a brand new refrigerator from this lowes and if completely stopped working after only 5 days! It was a whirlpool refrigerator and when we went back to lowes we were told that we can only return it within 48 hours! All of our groceries went bad. We have two children in the home which did not concern them at all. We were unaware of this policy but who would ask what the return policy is on a brand new appliance. I would hope that a store as well known as lowes would stand behind there big purchases and trust they would work. Now we are getting the run around from the repair shop sent to us by whirlpool because it is under warranty but in the mean time I can barely keep cold milk in the house for my kids! I'm disgusted with the treatment we received by management and will never purchase anything from here again!

Terrible projects install team! We had ordered a fence in December, it took over 6 months to get installed! The salesman was initially very helpful and came out right away, but after the fence was ordered we never heard from him again. Countless emails with very slow responses (if at all) from multiple project coordinators. We tried to contact the projects supervisor multiple times and he never responded! After months of frustration it finally got assigned to an installer who was scheduled then had to cancel because the materials never got delivered! Then we finally got an assistant store manager to help us get the install completed. Overall, it was horrible experience with communication and customer service! Very upset, we expected more from Lowe's.

The store is the worst for help... bought a "self service" Christmas tree this afternoon...no one to help...found a associate who went to get someone and never came back..paid for the tree....bagged it myself and put in my car and left...tried to call customer service and spent 10 min on hold...worthless store..no idea what customer service is all about

Unfortunately I have nothing very good to say about my experience with Lowes. I was looking to buy a refrigerator and was treated very poorly by a person that just wanted to get off the phone and go back to his coffee. He told me they were completely out of stock and refused to help me any further. I will stick with Home Depot in the future.

Sorry to say, this is the worst Lowe's I have ever had the displeasure of working with. All the other stores seem to be able to get things right, this store seems to be able to only do things wrong. Orders are wrong, deliveries are wrong, installations aren't done on time. I am not sure who the general manager is but they need the boot. I called the store to talk about an order had a pending (I received a partial delivery). After holdong on the line and being transferred back to the same department 13 times, the employee at Lowe's shared that he too was fed up with the lack of professionalism and work ethic of his fellow employees. No one in customer service or delivery would answer the freaking phone. I can under stand that they might be short handed during this whole covid-19 thing, but the number of customers in the store is way down (I had to go there to talk to someone). After these orders are complete, it is a competitor who will get my business from now on. Should have checked out the other reviews before going to this location. I love Lowe's, just this store is the worst.

Stood in the lumber department for 30 minutes no one ever came to have sone thing cut there was a line of 6 people and walked half of the store not to find any employee. Went to customer service and they were apologetic or surprised. Horrible customer service. Not the first time but certainly the last for me.

Delivery services is terrible. I ordered a refrigerator for my Hobe Sound home. The sales person said we wold get a call the evening before to tell us if delivery would be in the morning or afternoon. It was a lie. We got a robo call at 9:30 the evening before saying delivery would be between 9:30 and 1:30 and they would call me 30 minutes prior to delivery. After waiting all morning and hearing nothing I called the subcontractor they use for delivery at 1:15 and asked when delivery would be. She called dispatch and told me there were 3 deliveries ahead of me and she had no estimate of when they would come. They finally came at 2:15, showing up without calling. I asked the driver if this was common to be late and he said that they ran behind schedule all the time. So if you use their delivery expect to spend most of the day waiting for them to come.

I made a HUGE mistake ordering countertops from this place. I knew going into this project that it was going to be a nightmare just from the experience of shopping this store for regular items. Staff generally has that, your bothering me and doing you a favor here attitude. Quick run down: over paid for countertops, waiting on final bill, installer was trying to install before I saw a final bill, called store (I was out of town) guy on phone could care less. Final bill came in and it was 200 over that I already paid meanwhile I already overpaid per square. Complete friggin scam. The woman who I was originally dealing with was top notch by the way. She went out of her way to try and make it right but unfortunately, I already felt scammed.

I have come to the conclusion, after numerous visits to this Lowe's location, that the employees should be given an award. I have never seen so many ingenious ways to ignore customers. The effort on the part of these people to avoid eye contact and thus have to respond to a request for assistance is noteworthy at the least. This is not an observation born of a single visit but of several months of effort to get help in this store. Visit if you would enjoy an award winning display of "ignore the customer ingenuity". It can, at times be humorous. However, I would not recommend this business if you expect any kind of customer service at all.
