I lost a retainer while traveling. They took me(a non-patient) and squeezed me into their schedule. I made the original call at 8:03 am and I had my new retainer in hand at 3 pm the same day and was able to continue my travels on schedule. Efficient service with a happy and accommodating staff. This is an excellent orthodontic practice. Dr. Napoli and the entire staff are very skilled at what they do, and they are all very nice people.
