I just became a new customer today and spoke to a woman named Lisa who was more than knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I can't say enough good things. Whatever the past problems were, I hope they fixed it. I'm looking forward to working with them.

Asked to use a different delivery company due to FedEx problems, didn’t happen. Called incessantly even when I notify them of adequate supplies to call back in a month. Call again next week, then the next week and the next week. Bug the living shit out of me ALL the time.
