I have know Jason Berger for well over a decade now- from the time that he was an assistant state attorney for the 19th Judicial Circuit. Jason is honest and forthright and has a great demeanor. Mr. Jason Burger was highly recommended, so I met with him to discuss my situation. I was very impress with his knowledge, cost, and fairness. He was straight to the point and there was no doubt that he is the guy to take my case. He helped me every step of the way. He took the time to make sure all my information was accurate and submitted on time. There was not a moment I felt as if I was alone going through my case. He and his staff are the best. I met Jason through a mutual friend in 2010. I made an appointment to see him about my divorce. He was extremely knowledgeable, sympathetic, genuine and very supportive of my situation. He tells it like it is (which I loved). I called him many times before my divorce. I was an emotional wreck at the time and he always got back to me the same day. He is a great listener. He turned my negatives (fears of the unknown) into all positives. I always felt better after discussing my case with him. He always reassured me and kept me focused on my children, not my divorce. He also recommended family therapy and counseling which was in all our best interest. Once all was said and done, he was spot on. Jason was certainly a giving and caring individual throughout the entire process. He is not there for a paycheck. It is hard to find all these qualities in any one individual. You won't be disappointed if you hire Mr. Berger to represent you. Don't settle for the rest, try the best!!In addition, Mr. Berger contributes and gives back to our communities tenfold. He is well liked and a highly respected attorney on the Treasure coast. I was also fortunate enough to meet his family at a fundraiser. You can see the respect and admiration his wife and kids have for him. They are all lovely people.I highly recommend.

Jason is helping me with my custody case. As a mother, this is the scariest thing I've ever gone through. Jason explains every legal detail but he also wants to make sure as a parent I am doing ok. That speaks volume. I would highly recommend him.
