Took my puppy here as we we're passing through town to get the last of her puppy shots they got us right in great customer service! The checkout process took a little longer than I thought and they kept coming in and re-processing my paperwork but that may only be due to Covid.

AMAZING customer service!!! My poor baby Gauge(well not so much baby, he's 12) a black lab mix rescue is very sick and the staff here are just so caring!!! Even though my poor baby had cancer and couldn't be saved. Even after he was gone STILL caring. They even asked me if I would like for them to sit with me for a while for comfort or if I needed a hug. Honestly caring beyond belief. Not just money to them. They even offered to keep my baby there till the next day so I would have time to grieve before having to take him back home to set him to rest. You and your pet are treated like family, you really can tell the love for animals that they have from the moment you step into their office. As well as pricing being very fair. -A

I have had the pleasure of both boarding my animals here and receiving fantastic service and care for my cat and dogs. The Drs and staff are true professionals who know their craft and genuinely care for their patients and owners. They take the time to share all of your options, make logical recommendations and answer all of your questions .I fully recommend this office for anyone's pets.

I found Dr Diamond nice, but he kept pushing the trainers & behaviorist because my poodle puppy was so excited on my 1st visit. On my 2nd visit just for an injection he needed, they gave me an estimate for well over $200. I questioned why they added an injection (which was not due for several months), also wanted to charge annual exam (I pointed out we were there 2 mo. before). We got 1 injection & got the heck out of there. FYI: 2 mo. later we went to Emergency hosp with my poodle, he had multiple tests, plus medication & the bill about the same as one they tried to give me at Pet Extrod. Way over priced, wish my former Vet wasn't so far, he was more interested in helping the animals than $.
