Do not go get alignment from this place or have them work on your vehicle. I simply asked them to give me an alignment, and they instead put a new battery new tires. That I did not ask for and not even a year down my alignment is already giving me issue

Our 2012 Honda Odyssey had an issu. This dealership in Stuart - Johnson Honda said it needEd a new engin - probably 4K-7k dollar.I took it to A-1 Auto in Hobe Sound and changed the radiator cap and relays for less than $200.I just drove the van from Florida to Cincinnati to NC and it ran fine.561.507.7118 If you think I am lying

Don't take your car to be serviced here. Everything was overpriced & didn't seem they were being honest about everything. Told us the battery was bad, which is new from Autozone. Took it to be tested & told us it had nothing wrong with it. They clearly did not want our business.

20K on top of MSRPOUTRAGEOUS so called market adjustments and on top of it, very rude and dismissal sales people, got out of there very fast and i would not step in this business again.its like they want u to pay BMW OR AUDI price for a honda civic, they are out of their mind

We purchased a Pilot from Jon L at Johnson Honda. It was a very good experience. Today we took the vehicle in for a recall. Johnson does it right Greeted as I drove in and directed to Kyrie, my service advisor. Super friendly and knowledgeable. She told me it might be 5:00 before work was done. Finished by 3:30! My car was beautifully washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. I'm a big fan! Johnson does it the right way!!

I dread getting my car serviced but Ashton in service is amazing . She had my part ordered so I didn't have to make two visits and was quick and efficient! It's very hard to be in customer service but she was upbeat and an asset to this place for sure ! Thank you Ashton!

Worst experience!! they sold me a battery on Monday but could not diagnose my battery draw that day so scheduled me an appointment for that on Saturday. i got up early Saturday, drove 40-45 minutes to my appointment just for the Service Advisor (Ashton) to tell me she has be there for 20 years and never heard of that problem (google 2018 Honda CR-V, class action law suits and thousands of complaints for exact same problem). Then she tells me they don't do that type of work on Saturday! I asked why was it scheduled for Saturday then and she said "I'm no mind read ". About 20 minutes later the Service Manger come in and says "oh, it's not your fault " and accused me of yelling at his staff!Do not shop at Johnson Honda in Stuart!

I bought a 2020 passport there years ago. I continue to use them for regular service. Their online service scheduling program works very well, but I've also gone in there for minor emergency, such as tire damage, and they've accommodated me. The prices are fair, and everyone's really friendly. They've got free coffee and snacks. I usually just wait on my car, but they do offer a shuttle. And if I'm ever in the market for another Honda, I'd use them again. At the time I bought my passport, I was living in Wellington. Their sales person, and their competitive price made it worth driving to Stuart to get the car. Go check them out.

I stopped in today with only 1 hr notice call and came in about 45 min before they closed. The gentlemen listened to my concerns with undivided attention and immediately checked out my car, no wait time. Arguably the best customer service I've ever had. He diagnosed the problem quickly and even got the car into the shop and fixed what needed done. They went right up to 6pm close time and they never once talked how close they were to closing. That's superior to my eyes. The complimentary car wash was a total bonus. Thank you for your service today Honda.
