I can't speak for anyone else, but Kim is truly the best real estate agent with whom I have ever worked (I bought and sold a previous home). She is a true professional who is honest, confident, knowledgeable, patient and is very easy-going. She was always very forthcoming throughout the home-buying process and any time we posed a question, she either already knew the answer or she would quickly find out. It was honestly a pleasure to have worked with her. If you want a real estate agent who you can trust, call Kim! ?

10/21/22 KIM KEITH, LIED TO HER CLIENT WHEN I REFUSED TO PAY HER MORE IN COMMISSIONS: TELLING HER CLIENT I CHANGED MY MIND, AND LIED SUBMITTED TO BUYER GIVENS, OUR BOTH PARTIES SIGNED FINAL PRICE: PURCHASE AGREEMENT. Kim Keith text me "I will tell the buyer you changed your mind then" calling her a liar "you can work with the buyer, that is not worth it to me". That was Friday 10:30am at 4pm, I text "no word from buyer" Kim's response "sending to buyer" and "quit contacting me" on 10/21/22. A buyer who responded with closing title co, inspection scheduled for following date, pre-approved, chose 30 day closing date, absolutely loved the home. Buyer did not contact me or show up for scheduled inspection. Tuesday 10/25/22 heard nothing from buyer I want him and everyone else to know what you did and who you are. KIM KEITH IS A LIAR, GREEDY, UNETHICAL, & SCRUPULOUS PERSON & REALTOR.

Jim Weix did a fine job helping me sell my Palm City condo. He answered all my questions and I was always able to get in touch with him quickly and easily whenever I needed to. Because I no longer lived in the area, my sale required him to do a little extra legwork. He also had to solve a problem just a day before the closing! He did everything with professionalism, efficiency and without complaint. It was a pleasure to work with Jim.
