The whole team is friendly and nice. They came to my rescue, my car broked down across from Jiffy and they came diagnose it and gave me a great price also helped me get on the ez finance program because I had no money on me. I'd towed it to them and they got the job done. I would have known what to do if they weren't around. They calm my fears and fixed my car.

All of the service personnel I encountered were beyond courteous. I had to leave my small dog in the car while I ran an errand next door, and they turned on a/c so she wouldn't get hot. They made some recommendations for when other services would be due and Derek S was incredibly informative and helpful! My first experience was great! I'll plan on using this Jiffy Lube again!

It was a pleasure to chat with the staff in the short amount of time it took to have the service that was desperately needed to keep my mind at ease. I commute to work daily and as an older single female that comes to mean a great deal to me. Thank you for a great experience!

I've been going for oil changes for awhile have had brake problems which a mobile mechanic supposedly fixed. well still grinding. was told last oil change AT JIFFY LUBE it was happening cause they were not greased. said i would when i went back which was today and told them oil change and to grease the brakes this time. mechanic says ohhhhh that won't help.....it will make them squeal. well almost paid 150 3 months ago for nothing now its the rear drums not the front brakes which has brown all over hubcaps. wtf. i guess they need more money today to the tune or 500. are there any HONEST mechanics left???

In and out in 10 minutes?? Not even close. Didn't expect 10 minutes, but certainly didn't expect over an hour either. Pulled up and someone came to the car. Told him I needed the trans fluid changed and an oil change with Full Synthetic. He wrote it on the windshield. They were not busy. There was only one other car. There were 7 employees around my car, and an eighth showed up shortly after. One of them was probably in his 50's. After waiting for nearly an hour, I walked out to see how they were doing. I was told that they were just finishing up. Ten minutes later, someone came in to bring me out to pay. I noticed on the computer that they put the wrong oil in my car. So they had to pull my car around and back in again to re-drain and add the correct oil. At no point did anyone come in and discuss anything else that my car might need, or explain pricing options. Eight people standing around talking and nobody really running the show. I understand that most of them were younger people, but there has to be someone in charge to keep things flowing.Services: Transmission
