My new refrigerator was just delivered and I couldn't be happier with the delivery service Devon and Juan gave me. They ran into an issue with the water line and were happy to resolve it. They removed ALL of the packing materials and left my house clean. The whole experience with Jetson has been wonderful.

Jetson is such a great company. They always provide excellent service with excellent employees. A pleasure to work with and the cost of the items are competitive so why go to the big box stores. They deliver the items the next day if in stock. The customer service is exceptional! What more can you ask for!!

Ordered a dishwasher from their website that was special order 2 month wait. Rob called the next morning and offered me a better model that was currently in stock and covered the difference in price. I picked it up right away!
Prices match big stores and you get the added excellent local service here. Will be buying from Jetson again!

The sales expertise and overall experience at the Stuart store was excellent. All my questions were answered and the manager and assistant manager were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The product delivery, installation and training were also exceptional. We will be buying our future appliances at this location.

I bought my first Appliance from Jetsons 17 years ago. I know this because I had them look it up when I just had to replace that refrigerator. I chose Jetsons over the others as the representative that approached me, Ed Boncek was not pressuring whatsoever but extremely helpful in the knowledge he gave me to make the best decision. And then without even asking, he talked to his manager and got me the best deal that I could have gotten anywhere and also threw in an extended warranty. I have bought many appliances over the years from Jetsons as we have some rental properties and have always had a great experience. At one point, Ed Boncek took a pause from Jetsons and I was very disappointed as his knowledge of the appliances and great prices was the reason that I always went to Jetsons but when my 17 yr old refrigerator needed replacing, we went there first and to my extremely happy surprise, Ed Boncek was back! Once again had a wonderful experience from start to finish including delivery and will continue my loyalty to Jetsons because of his knowledge and their efforts and accountability:)

Every time I shop at Jetson’s I’m literally treated like family. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff are amazing and the service department is the best!!
