Jem Marine was well worth the long drive to get To Hobe sound FL. The owners James and Jennifer are an extreme pleasure to work with when I bought my new Honda outboard. They ran the motor in their test tank and showed me everything that I needed to know about the engine itself and maintaining it to keep it running like a Honda. I had checked Honda dealers on both the East and West Coast of Florida and with the money I saved & plus was given Excellent service . Anyone in the market for a new outboard, I highly recommend you at least give James or Jennifer a call, at Jem Marine.

I recently had JEM Marine completely redo my 2001 Sea Fox. James did a complete overhaul on all components and install the new electronics / sound system package. We also installed a new Honda 225hp!!! I can honestly say the boat is better than new. The detail and thought that went into it was far beyond my expectations. My wife and I are thrilled to have the boat back better than new. I would definitely recommend them to anyone including friends and family. CheersServices: General repairs & maintenance

Not really sure where to start. I'll try to keep it short and sweet. Spent over $70k here purchasing a boat from James and Lewis. There were certain items we agreed to have repaired that were identified on my survey. The inverter needed to be replaced. My surveyor told me it wasn't working correctly. James said he would ensure it was troubleshooted and repaired. He then said all that was needed was a remote which cost $100.00. I wasn't there to test or verify that it was repaired but made the mistake of taking his word as the expert. Once I received the boat, I quickly noticed the inverter was still not working. I notified them immediately and they gave me HORRIBLE customer service. It was like as soon as they made their money, they wouldn't return calls, emails text. Nothing. I've since then reached out to them to ask about maintenance/ service records or other questions and they wont reply. To get to the point, there were multiple EXPENSIVE issues that they promised me were resolved but I found out they were not, including a non-working AC. They promised me my AC was working perfectly, but once I was able to test it, I found out that it was not. I'm very disappointed in their customer service and would strongly encourage you to do business somewhere else. This has been a very costly mistake.
