“I was supposed to do this review awhile ago but it came to me today as I was dealing with a situation over the phone and I said to myself “If Liz was helping me this issue wouldn’t be an issue”. I have had the pleasure of meeting her twice for two separate issues and in both instances she was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She assured that everything was squared away before she finished and that’s the type of customer service that’s needed.”
“Mike had exceptional customer service. He was professional and did exactly what I asked for. While I have worked in the sales department in my previous years at the end of the day, I understand sales are sales. However, Mike had a quality that not a lot of people have within these fields. He listened. Mike understood that I was trying to cut cost, therefore, did what I asked for. He asked the right questions, compared bills and although it didn’t work out in the end, he was essentially selling yet at the time looking out for the client’s pocket. At the end of the day, when you are in these types of fields, listening is a quality a lot of people don’t have. What is an exceptional sales individual? An exceptional customer service representative? It’s knowing how to get to know your clients’ needs in a short amount of time to help them while also helping yourself when it comes to your quotas. At the end of the day, you could always combine the two. The question is, will you go the extra mile to do both? I would highly recommend seeing Mike if you go to this location.”
