We walked into the dealership and was greeted by Ricky Janoher a sales associate. Throughout the whole process he was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He worked hard to get us the best deal possible. We were then sent to Brandon the finance associate and closed the deal in a timely manner. He was very thorough and efficient. Brandon made the whole experience very pleasurable.I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at Infiniti Stuart.

Requested them to order a wheel lock key so i could change my tire. My current wheel lock broke, but i still have it and the actual part ID number. It’s clearly stamped into the side of the wheel lock. Was told I HAD to bring the car there first. A photo of the wheel key, with part number visible and VIN to save each others time was not an option. Poor customer service. So if i actually had a flat tire instead of proactively replacing them, I apparently would have to tow my car to them?

This is a Bait & Switch dealer. Agreed on $33,900 purchase price and the next day they present me $45K total price including raising the car price $3K!. Fees, Fees, Fees tacked on. Folks, the Pre-Cert fee for thousands of dollars is BOGUS. $1K for "Documentation" too?! BOGUS. They will lie, cheat and try to wear you out. Not worth your time. Run away. You've been warned.

The Sales department is great. The service department is horrible. Unable to get an oil change set up after 2 calls and a personal visit

THIS IS A MUST READ FOR ANYONE WHO DEALS OR PLANS TO DEAL WITH INFINITI STUART.First and foremost, I would not be taking my time to write all this out if I didn't mean every word. I would give 0 stars but I'll count the one for me practically stealing my q50 off the lot for the deal I bought it. I will say that everyone is all smiles there and they appear to truly care about their customers but it's all B.S. I will also say that from my experience being in sales since I was 16, 22 now, that I understand customer service and I know how to treat clients/customers but also people in general. I also know that if a team is failing, it's probably the coach. So, let's start from the beginning. I'm 22, it's a few days after Christmas 21' I go to Infiniti Stuart and I purchase a 2018 base model q50 with 20,000 miles. Now, the car I bought was traded in at the same exact time I was at the dealer ship. And they told me when I'm signing the papers that a reconditioning of the car is not included and that was gonna be an extra $1850. Which I declined and they didn't do it. I have bumper to bumper to I wasn't that concerned. the car is suppose to come with run flats but Instead Got some low quality "Ironman Imove gen2" tires that WEREN'T EVEN RUN FLATS. Then I got in my car for the first time to leave the dealer ship. Just purchased $30k vehicle and the tank is on E. So the first thing I have to do when I leave the dealer is fill my new car up at the gas station. Kinda sucks. So I'm on my way home and my brakes are completely shot. They let me drive my 300hp RWD sedan with worn down brake pads off the lot for the first time without having a care in the world. I call the next day and they tell me that's part of the reconditioning fee and brakes are not included..... then they gave me this incredible offer to split the cost of the brakes with me and I would only be charged a low of $300! Which I reluctantly took, $300 for brakes is a deal and I have to get them done. Anyways I've had suspension issues with the car since I've purchased it (remember they never did a reconditioning of the car and they couldn't have done the inspection if the brakes were that worn and they didn't change them). Still having suspension issues 8 months later after multiple visits and the issue got worse over time. And throughout those visits not once did I receive a copy of my paperwork for the inspections or repairs done, they said they would email it to me, never got an email. I call, left a voicemail reminding the service manager to send my paperwork, NOTHING. I could write a book on my experience with Infiniti Stuart and their lack of accountability time and time again. THE BEST PART SO FAR: Ive had some issues with my vehicle that Infiniti Stuart has failed to address after multiple attempts to get my suspension fixed. The car got to the point where it was so unstable that it needed constant attention on the steering wheel. and Today, 8/9/22 I took my car to INFINITI MELBOURNE. I've had the please of working with Martin over at service and this is what Martin said to me when he called me just hours after dropping my car off: "Hey Cameron, so it looks your front differential has been leaking a lot of fluid and it needs to be replaced, it's a $4000 part and with labor it comes out to around $5000 and the vibrating you're feeling when you brake is because the brakes are not OEM but they are in fact aftermarket and not meant for you're vehicle...." The brakes on the vehicle are the brakes I paid for at the dealership 8 months ago at Stuart!!!! I Called Scott O'Keefe, he pulled the paper work and said that the receipt states OEM parts and he doesn't know how to respond to what I was telling him and then hung up on me when I told him he's very unprofessional. So on top of everything else they are also fabricating paperwork while ripping people off. . I advise anyone to steer clear of Infiniti staurt. I will be driving

Needed a car for my 89 year old mother. ( I know, she shouldn't be driving, but the state allows her, so here I go. They had a 2002 civic for sale, which I was told I HAD TO PARTIALLY FINANCE, in order to get the fantastic price of 6999,00. After two hours I was told it can't be financed, and the pressure mounted in a way that it was uncomfortable. Worst experience I ever had buying a car. If that wasn't enough, the next day I took the car to Midas to adjust the low brake pedal, which I was assured only needed a bleed. 1.000,00 later, control arms needed to be replaced, because they were about to snap. But today was the best. They send me an email inviting menor I want to upgrade to a better car. A WEEK LATER from the day I purchased that bargain at 6999,00, they said my trade in value on that same car was between 1500-3500,00. Crooks

Stuart Infiniti advertised in CarFax a 2020 Infiniti Q50 for $31,499. I requested an "out the door" (OTD) detailed price to include all taxes and fees on a straight cash deal with no trade. I thought it was a typo when they added $8995 for "Mechanical/Cosmetic Recon" to the advertised price. Very fraudulent when their own website showed $762 for prepping the car. The salesman "Hector" had no explanation other than to say they add the recon to all their cars. Anyway, I made a cash offer at the advertised price plus all taxes and fees and never heard back. About five years ago I bought a car from them advertised as a "CPO". When I went to pick up the car was informed it was not a CPO. I thought it was an honest mistake. Now I realize they are just a very unethical dealership and would warn anyone to be very cautious in your dealings with them.

This is an absolute false statement filed by Infiniti of Stuart. Infiniti claims to make sure the dealerships complete this "multi point inspection", but is in no way accurate. Please see below: I purchased an Infiniti Q60At the Stuart location. Now, I did not NEED a new car. I have thread texts of the Infiniti teammate with both her and her manager BEGGING me to bring my 2016 Q50 in. 22,000 miles. I explained - I do not need a car, so please do not ask me to come in - only to ask for some astronomical $ down and insane monthly payment. I was at $500 / mo already. I was ASSURED this would NOT be the case. Again, texts. Now, it is not my job to make know their terms of the inspection to trade in. You would assume a professional would look at the car in it's totally, (there was an accident due to the car over correction from traction control). I attempted several times to get Infiniti to check this, to which I was told: I was a woman and the car was "powerful". I come from a car family. I've been raised to drive by car professionals. Three other professionals unrelated to Infiniti STRESSED I needed to return or replace this car - or I would be seriously injured or worse. Infiniti did nothing so I let the car sit in myDriveway - scared to drive it. I explicitly said: car is a 2016 with 22k miles (they had a much higher amount and incorrect specs). Once I corrected that, I was QUICKLYprompted to come to the location NOW bc they desperately wanted my car. In fact, I was even told a father was "waiting"On my decision to buy my car for his son. I asked, can you please review the cars I would be eligible for given this info. Response; "any car your heart desires." Again: I have text threads. I went into Infiniti to be asked to put $10k down and $800 a month. I answered with: I was very clear. I feel tricked and frustrated. Please bring my car back. This deal is done. I was also told, you don't feel safe so what else are you going to do? Where I replied I would go to: Lexus, BMW, Audi and every other luxury vehicle that would be happy to assist and not pull unethical and grimmey sales tactics. After some speaking - I put a large amount down - was told I had a rate of 4.4% and the car went through a FULL multipoint inspection. I said: I just put new tires on the other car, so please do not let me see this Q60 (my performance lovers know what this means for tire expense), have to purchase all new tires. "We would NEVER. We HAVE to put the car through that inspection before we sell it." Given the Infiniti brand - I trusted this. My wipers are broken. I have 3 different unknown Chinese brand tires on my performance car. Recommended is: Potenzas, Pirellis, Bridgestone. So: how did my performance car end up with no Mae chines chines with a HARD pull to the right? I called the dealership and corporate. I found out my rate was NOT 4.4% but instead 12%. TRAIN YOUR TEAMMATES. This is a FEDERAL REG. It's call FAIR CREDIT DISCLOSURE. It's against the law to misquote rates to close a sale. The car had clearly not been through inspection - wiper, tires, alignment, no sealant on the paint. I JUST bought this car and have put down $7500 and $3k between tires, sealing the paint and wipers for a brand new car (21k miles) to be worked over. The area director and corporate said: Too bad. They're franchised and we are in tandem with them. By far WORST service for a luxury vehicle. Not even close to their competitors and it sad. I loved my Infiniti's. Maybe another location is better but I've bought $100k in cars in 2 years and it's unacceptable and below Infiniti's Brand. I want to provide clarity: this is a review on a BUSINESS dealing and not an attack on anyone personally. There meds to be better problem resolution, client care training and ethical sales tactics. I never once went through this with Lexus and I'm tremendously disappointed to nKnow I spoke to: the dealership, the AM and corporate only to be told - too bad. You will fall to you co

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS RIPOFF BUSINESS!!Purchased a used Infiniti q50 with less than 10k miles. The rear drivers side tire alert was showing low after around 10 days. I told my girlfriend maybe it's due to the cold weather. Every 3-4 days after putting air in the tire it was showing low again. My girlfriend brought the car to Firestone to see if there was a leak. They informed us that there was a leak on the side of the tire that couldn't be patched and we will need a new tire. Stuart Infiniti informed us it wasn't covered and tried to sell my girlfriend a maintenance plan. Hmmmm... bought a car from them with only 9000 miles and they wouldn't cover it...SHOP FOR A USED CAR ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!
