Dr. Z has been caring for our Emily from the day she came home with us. He also cared for our Schatzi before that. He and his staff are always caring and responsive to our needs. Dr. Z is always informing himself of the latest and best techniques in veterinary medicine and we wouldn't trust our pets to anyone else.

So my cat Katya will never be going to your practice again . Not only did you misdiagnose her but your greedy practice wanted $1000 deposit to run more tests even though you saw she had elevated white blood cells. You sent us home with a very sick cat and just gave her fluids and a cerenia injection which was a bandaid and guess what she got worse. She had a fever of 104.7 the next day the er vet said she disagreed with you that her stomach was soft and not hard (which you said it was) and did an ultrasound . They couldn’t believe that you didn’t send us home with antibiotics or give her a covenia shot . Which is what ended up happening. I took her to kindness animal hospital where the vet once again disagreed with you about her stomach being hard . She said it was soft and physically she is fine , but she has a high fever which indicates an infection . She sent me home with antibiotics and a appetite stimulant and guess what she’s better now . Because of your greed and lack of empathy towards my animal you misdiagnosed her and wanted to charge over a 1,000 for something that was shown on the bloodwork when you told me that nothing was on her bloodwork . Thank you kindness animal hospital and medvet and also the humane society for correcting the incompetence , and greed of this vet also I don’t appreciate your tech telling us that she can die if we don’t spend over 1000 dollars while I’m crying and trying to talk to my husband in the room

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Z and his staff. Caring, gentle, with genuine compassion are only a few. We are taken care of very well!
I lost my Sweet T( Tiramisu) last week. I couldn't have coped if it wasn't for the loving support of Dr. Zinderman and his staff. It's so hard to let them go. I had support the whole way.

My 2yo German Sheperd Shinga, had a bad experience at her last veterinary visit about 18 months ago and would not even walk through the door of the vets office. The Indian Street Animal clinic looks more like a home than a clinic which was good. Dr Amanda Wiliams and Krissy the tech took great care and showed concern for Shingas hesitancy and skin issues. They treated Shinga perfect, diagnosed the problem, made a treatment plan and Shinga felt better within 24 hours. Excellent experience for Shinga and for me. Thank You!

I have given this office a few passes. First Dr Z misdiagnosed my min-pin. Then he didn’t listen to instructions on how to meet and greet my large dog and tried to diagnose him with behavioral issues! If he had just listened to me when I said a “slow introduction is best”. Now he’s back at his original vet and doing fine! I went back a 3rd time to bring in 2 feral kittens because I always loved the technician ladies and Melissa at the front desk! I got to meet Dr Amanda and she was great with the kittens. But today was my 3rd strike! New girl at front desk has wasted 3 days with me going back and forth about weight for kittens for medicine I’m trying order on pet meds. If she had been properly trained to give all the information when leaving messages maybe it wouldn’t have come to this. She just wouldn’t come out and say what they want me to do. Not once did she offer “just come by the office and we will SELL you one dose for her weight 4lb”. She starting for the beginning and speaking in a patronizing tone. Just a waste of my time going back and forth on the phone! I’m done. Vets are supposed to make our lives easier not more difficult. I don’t like to feel like I’m being a difficult client but gosh this has been so ridiculous.
