Went in for dip on my natural nails and the lady I got should not be doing nails. She was horrible! She cut me with the drill and nail file several different times. Quality was not good. I’ll never come back here!

Horrible customer service! Partner and I went in for a mani-pedi as walk ins. No one else there. After getting ready to start on me another person came in for a wax. I was dismissed and said it will only be a few minutes, I walked. Partner was in middle of pedi and left after that. You take care of client that was already there. Wouldn't recommend their services to my worst enemy. People that conduct business this way have NO business in being in business. The only reason for the one star is to be able to post this, otherwise they would have received the number of stars they truly deserve which is a big fat ZERO!!!

I just had the best pedicure that I have had in years! Finally someone that focused on my feet and not more leg massage than anything. I couldn’t believe how thorough the technician was and how good she made my feet feel. I will be calling this my go to place. Excellent service from start to finish.Services: Pedicure

NOT HAPPY. Asked for a simple design for acrylic full set. I got a girl doing it who seemed less than enthused. She left before doing it saying she has to pick up her kids and returned with them about an hour later, dud mine and my mother's. My mom's looks AMAZING! She drew on a cute flower and did a great job, so I was excited to get mine. She got the main color right for mine but did not get anything else right. The shape is square, and i wanted coffin. They are uneven and crooked and i am not ok with that. I figured the shape would come together more, and was thinking "trust the process". Well, that was my bad to do. I wanted some gold lines over the blue, and she refused to do that. She instead outlined the tip of them, I did not want that. I then asked if we could do a line, she flat out said NO. The gold is looking more GREEN, and I hate it. They are very uneven and the gold is extremely sloppy. With weird patches or parts of the nail that aren't even painted. There are also entire areas that are not painted at all. EXTREMELY dissatisfied. And, this was for 21st birthday. So will be going to get them fixed. I dont even want to look at my hands. They make me so mad. On top of all of that, as she was doing my nails, she was hurting me and being VERY rude. NEVER going to her again. I got a pedicure and rhat was lovely. I wanted too look cute and feel pretty for my birthday. Instead they make me mad and I look at them and feel embarrassed and like they look disgusting. Thanks for ruining my day, my vacation, and my birthday. Wish I hadn't tipped, either. She did NOTHING right.Services: Nail painting

I was in there area and desperately needed a nail appointment,so I found hot nail in Stuart. I saw on the door that they offer walk ins,so I asked to get my nails done. They had just opened and I was the first customer. As soon as the girl started on my nails (1st chair) a man walked in and she set him up in a pedi chair. She continued to worked on my nails only adding the tips and cutting then set me up in a pedi chair where I waited for 15 minutes before another worker walked in. At the same time a woman walked in and she told her to come back in 30. The woman said No.I called last Monday and made a 10:00 appointment. I waited for another 15 minutes until the first technician started my pedicure. The whole time I waited I could not relax, because the technician next to me had her AirPods in and was having a conversation the whole time she was giving a lady a pedi. Very rude,I do not think the lady even got a massage WTH? What I thought would be an hour for 2 services turned into a 2 hour appointment. My technician (1st chair) as very Thorough-I am happy about that:)

I started using this nail salon about a month ago. A man did my nails red and did them perfect, took his time, and they later 3 weeks! I went back, excited I finally found a new permanent salon, but I was wrong. I made an appointment for 4:30 for an acrylic fill and I showed them a picture of what I wanted ( French / pink and white shown in the first picture) and a lady started my nails doing the shape and finding which pink I wanted for the base. Then she got up and said she had to pick up her son and she was leaving, so another man would finish. It wasn’t the same one as last time & I had never had him before. He did the design for me. While he was doing it a lady walked in around 6 and asked if she had time for a pedi. After that I felt rushed and when he finish it had lines where you could see the white covering the acrylic, the sides weren’t even brought down enough, you could still see the red from my old nails on 4/10 nails (1 on that had 3 on the other) and none of the shapes were even. I asked him to fix it and he looked at them like I was crazy 3 times and brought me to a brighter light to see. It was very clear how bad they were and I was almost in tears. When I took a picture to show my sister he finally pulled my hand to fix it. So he was huffing and puffing and got the white paint and tried painting over the spots that were showing which made bubbles and which made a line where u can see the dried white paint and the new white paint. And the smudged one as u can see on the pointer finger in the picture and didn’t even fix it. The second picture is the final product, dried w the UV light and the gel coat and he tried sending me out like that and I asked him to fix it AGAIN and you can tell he was mad at me & of course I felt bad. So I said can if you can’t do the French can you please just do a plain color and so he quickly did a plain pink color(picture 3), and they were so thick and bulky and now 3 days later my pinky is lifting and my middle is about to fall off. So I will never be returning and I paid for them and tipped over 20% because I felt bad he had to fix his OWN MISTAKE 3 TIME!Service: Acrylic nails

Went there for a mani/pedi and while the nail tech did a great job, she proceeded to talk on her phone the entire time she was doing my nails. I don't treat myself often to a mani/pedi so I was very disappointed that it wasn't more relaxing. If there was an emergency she needed to deal with, I can understand that but it obviously was not an emergency. Hearing someone on their phone is not a relaxing thing. I won't go back there for that reason. If that type of behavior doesn't bother you, I will let you know that the salon seemed clean and the massage chairs are very nice.
