Absolutely awful! Had my hair butchered. Told them to take off 2 inches and they took off 5. My hair was completely uneven and destroyed. I contacted the salon and was told the owner was going to call me the last two days and nothing. I have a wedding Saturday and even explained to the guy that I didn't want to loose my length. My hair is awful! There is nothing I can do to fix it!

The lady with the blonde hair who cut my boyfriend’s hair right before they closed tonight was great. I wish I caught her name… she was so funny and his hair turned out great. Honestly, best hair cut experience I’ve ever had. Love the interaction! …I’m usually so bored ! 😊

After two bad haircuts, I feel I have to take my business elsewhere. There's one really good stylist in the shop, but it's random chance as to whether you get her. They use the clippers almost exclusively, and for me, it doesn't result in a good look.

Requested style: Shag haircutStyle inspiration: Always loved the Shag hairstyle, but this one had a modern take.Stylist: I went into the Kanner location on a whim today. I have spent so much money and never really liked the cut I’ve gotten over time. I went in and had Teresa(Theresa) and I told her that I wanted a shag haircut. My hair is long and wavy, I just wanted it to look fuller. It was the best cut I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend going to Teresa at the Kanner location.

The stylist was very friendly and professional. I regrettably didn't hear her name. I am very satisfied with the cut and beard trim and have received several compliments on the styling. I will definitely keep coming back.

I took my daughters, 7 and 10, today to have their hair cut. Everyone was so nice and did an excellent job. My youngest even had a blow dry and style. The salon is very clean, very bright, the wait time calculator is very helpful. All around wonderful experience and will be back!
