I always bring my fleet vehicles here for minor repairs and tire replacements. No complaints so far with the labor done, Larry and Elliot will take care of your issues within a reasonable time. The only reason for the 4 stars it’s because this shop is always understaffed, went today to check a flat tire and there was only one technician at 3pm. Not sure why they are always with no personnel since their customer services is excellent.

I have had the opportunity of working with Larry who manages the store, and his local crew at this Goodyear, on a couple of occasions now. They did a great job for me with my last tire replacement appointment. They got me in and out of the shop efficiently and with a great deal on my tires too! My car keeps me on the road helping others as a small business owner. Good people like Larry help me be there for my clients, by making sure that my vehicle is reliable and operating well. He is very honest in his approach and that is worth a fortune in gold in today's society.

Interactions with 2 staff members are what leads me to provide this review so that others can avoid similar treatment. First, I logged on to the Goodyear website to make an appointment with a local service provider to replace/fix a single tire and was assigned this location. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, walked in and was not met with greetings, I was met with "We are super busy do you have an appointment?" I indicated that I had an appointment and they said I wasn't in their system. I said that I made the appointment online using the Goodyear website. Reply: "We don't have anything to do with corporates website, you need to phone us directly for an appointment." Strange, nothing on corporates website indicated this and they did assign an appointment to this location, with text-based confirmation. If this is the case, it's between this location and corporate to clear up, not me as a customer. Then the two men at the front desk alternated and said they would look at the tire and give an assessment but no guarantee they could fit me in or fix it and why didn't I make an appointment? I was willing to wait or come back but I didn't understand what else they needed. I tried to keep an open mind but when one of them looked at me and said: "Didn't you look where you were driving, how do you get a bolt stuck in your tire anyway?" And laughed in my face, that was the line. Finally one of them said why didn't you call the warranty number, we don't do any warranty work direct only through the warranty line, pieces of the puzzle were clearer. I asked if they had the number and was met with "call the company you originally purchased the tires with and let them give it to you. We don't have that." I reiterated how I found them through the Goodyear website for repair/ replacement of a Goodyear tire, and that Goodyear was in their business name and they reiterated that they couldn't help me and why did I come here without calling the warranty line. I found out later that they could have looked it up, and when the warranty number customer service agent mentioned this, and that they could arrange the replacement for the tire through this location, they understood why I declined. Another local area tire company was able to order the tire that I needed, I phoned their number and was given exceptional service over the phone. They explained the process, next steps to getting my tire replaced, they would call when it was ready and they provided a number if I had any additional questions. Granted, I didn't know that I needed to call the Goodyear warranty number first to open a claim before showing up for the original appointment, but there's a nice way of telling me this and one that involves laughing at my expense more than once, and then saying "just messin with ya". Not interested in being messed with, thank you. Goodyear may be in their name but they must not be cozy with corporate because they don't know their warranty number, don't honor their booking system and are not prepared to relay policy information nicely. Hard pass.

I had new tires installed on June 26th. My service advisor Jack was awesome. He not only put me in the perfect tires for my driving needs he made me aware of all promotions available to save me money. Their free rotation and balancing for life is another reason for buying your tires from Jack at Goodyear.

Great service and prices on Goodyear tires. Elliot, the store manager, made it quick and easy! It took just one day to get the run flats I needed and in store prices were $2 less than Tirerack.com. Support local business and get lifetime balance/rotation are great benefits of not using an online service!

We went to get a tire changed , and they said they couldn’t take the tire off so we had to do it ourselves ..Then when we was about to pay with card they started writing our information down

Sorry guys, not a fan. Our mechanic was awesome but the guy running the front end needs to retire. He is not the person I would want representing my business. I think he forgets he is the face of the business. I won't be back
