Love this store! Great place to shop for a hostess gift, artwork or home decor items. Fun place to walk around and read the dish towels, napkins etc.

This is a great shop. The owner as well as her staff are very helpful. I ordered glasses through them and had them in less than a week. Awesome service.

Very unsatisfied with my entire experience at Bassett. I spent over $10,000 to furnish a new home. My sales person often didn’t answer or call back and gave me false information about delivery. My delivery guys damaged a piece of furniture during delivery being very careless. A $2000 cabinet that I bought had handles that were about a half inch off from each other. Customer service said they would order me a new door and have someone come to fix within 4-6 weeks. It’s been over 2 months and I haven’t heard from them. Turns out they are made in China.

Staff not wearing a mask a even though customers are. And she was coughing. Had mask hanging in her ear. Didn't feel safe and won't be back.

My go to shop when I need a special home decor piece, a girlfriend gift or hostess gift. They also have great reasonable jewelry and love their tissue roses on every gift! I've also found beautiful coastal artwork for my home.
