Rough experience....Order the wrong color of cabinets and wall slat. Only discovered after half of it was installed. Agreed to give a discount so they didn't have to waste the material. Waiting on refund.Paid by credit card. Charged double and before the job was even complete. Agreed to reverse -- still working on that with our credit card company / Garage Gem.Then....wall slat collapsed (with less than 20 lbs on it) and a beach chair fell onto our car and dented it. Company agreed to pay for damages, but hasn't yet.Randy to his credit has been returning calls and trying to work through it all.

It was overall a very positive experience...If a problem did arise, the owner Randy Cooper, was right there to make it right. I was impressed by the workers level of competency but even more so by the owner of Garage Gem. Randy is up front and honest and knows how to treat a customer [the Golden rule]. He made all the difference, so that I can wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend him and his company to all. Thank you Randy!

I looked at 6 floor re-finishers for my garage floor and decided that Garage Gem was the best contractor for me.Randy was more than fair and answered all my questions.I cleaned out the garage the day before his 3 man crew arrived and within 5 hours my garage floor was done to my complete satisfaction.I would gladly recommend Randy to any of my friends or family.
