Strange bank. Emailed me about my financial plans so i came in to open some accounts but they told me 1 account was enough and they won't open anymore. Drove down the street 5 minutes to a credit union, they had popcorn in the lobby and they opened several accounts. I don't recommend Synovus, waste of time.

The staff here is friendly and welcoming. Been banking with them for quite some time.
