Save your money and go somewhere else - This company will upcharge you 500% never again will I ever use this company to hand my signs. Mom and Pop shop sold Gardner Signs out of Ohio and they are horrible. Customer service is crap and they Owner is a liar! Make sure you never use this company ever!

Unreal how they treat a small family business in Martin County. Flamingo Signs installed the sign on our roof. They fastened it directly to the plywood, not the trusses and never water sealed it. As a result it ruined the integrity of our roof and needs to be replaced. After contacting their "customer service" we were informed that the owners of the business did not want to speak to us and we were out of luck. After some research I contacted the owner and he told me when they purchased the company they only took responsibility for the assets and not the liabilities. He then blocked me from reaching out to figure out a solution. Pictures are included. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GRIFTERS.

Our sign was installed incorrectly. They attached it directly to the plywood and never weather sealed it. Of course nature took its course and now the roof is warped and needing to be replaced. When I called Flamingo Signs, the new owner said that they only bought the assets and not the liabilities. Their customer service is horrible and they refuse to even come out and look at their "work". These people are not from Florida and once they have your money, good luck getting anyone their to contact you. Happy to provide pics if you need them

In an attempt to get a quote for numerous store locations, I was told that the quote would be created numerous times, but it never was presented. I chased them for the quote and made numerous calls trying to gather the information from them. I can see from some of the reviews that I was fortunate not to engage. I emailed them to get the info back on my flash-drive, with again no response, I guess at this point I am not surprised. I am writing this to save others from wasting their time with this company as well.

I cannot believe what has transpired since my first impression and great service with Flamingo Signs. however I feel like I have to be truthful.During the transaction of our second sign made by the company, I received an unexpected bill after the initial agreement. I called in twice to pay, spoke to and gave Brittney my CC #, and other codes to pay it, and I still keep getting unpaid invoice reminders. Now it's been so long ago I have to search back in my records at the bank. Why was the initial bill inaccurate and so hard to pay? Not a great lasting impression.

I get the New sign with the defect. I told this story to the man that we contacted with (Bob Rice of Flamingo) . Before Get the money . He said gonna let the team come to fix. But After that when pay everything. Nobody come to fix it. ?????? Terrible

Just had my sign makeover at Brooklyn Joe’s pizza,what a great job very fair prices and an awesome job by both Electritions that were sent out,I got my neons fixed and a ballast for my fluorescent tubs changed out and everything works great would definitely recommend this great sign company to anyone I know!

Flamingo Signs came highly recommended to me verbally. I then went on-line to read thier great reviews. Now a year after the great "custome design" artwork they did for my boat; I am Happily back once again for a decal on my truck.YES, I recommend Flamingo Signs.

As any new business owner, I was worried about signs. Bob entered my store one morning and helped me to feel comfortable with the process and walked me though, his staff, especially Doug were more than accommodating, courteous and professional all the way around. Best sign company, hands down.
