We've ordered from the Stuart location four times and three of those times they have made mistakes on the sandwiches. When we call to let them know Nobody answers the phone so we throw away the sandwich and lose our $15.00. Extremely upsetting, will never use this location again!

been here four times and they’ve messed up my sub every single time. i’ve tried ordering online and in store and they always mess it up. it’s annoying having to pay $20 for a sub that’s inedible.

Usually have great experiences here, ordering ahead and picking up subs. Online it said you were open until 8pm, so we ordered ahead for pickup at 7:35pm. Arrived at 7:38pm and everything was closed. Had already taken our money, too, so yes, 1 star for this visit.

First time ever at a Firehouse Subs and the customer service was amazing and the food was great! I came with a friend who is a chef and she was impressed by the taste too! Everything tasted fresh, I'm really so blown away. Really, the service is what really made me a fan. The woman was so helpful and sweet. I can't wait to come by again...found yet another place to spend my $

First I called and girl tells me they’re closed when it’s only 3:25pm. I said “it’s only 3:25 and you close at 4pm” she then said “Uhmm……yeah no” and hung up. I walked in and ordered the food and 2 drinks. The fountain drink machine had black residue coming out of it into the drinks and drinks were out. I haven’t been here in close to a year and I sure will never return back. Horrible service and gross atmosphere. Poor way to show respect to your local fire fighters.

Absolutely awesome. I haven’t eaten firehouse in a number of years and kept forgetting it’s right next to my apartment. I got the smoked brisket on white bread w BBQ sauce with a pickle and it was really good, especially for a “chain” restaurant.

I’m a fan of firehouse subs but this was HORRIBLE!! I watched them make my first sub wrong then they remade it then I get home and my second sub taste like it came out of the firehouses toilet!! Like who put extra honey mustard on an Italian.WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!

I can't comment on the quality of the food but I see why it only has two stars. I stood there for 10 minutes and wasn't even looked at once. There was no one in line, they were just busy with online/door dash or whatever. Not even as much as a hello signals unhappy employees which makes me wonder what they do to the food behind closed doors. Call it an over reaction, I don't really care, it's unacceptable.

A Subpar Experience at Firehouse SubsMy recent visit to Firehouse Subs left me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied. I had heard great things about this chain, but my experience was far from what I expected.First and foremost, the service was incredibly slow. Despite there being only a few customers in the restaurant, it took an unreasonably long time for my order to be prepared. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, making the entire ordering process frustrating and time-consuming.When my sandwich finally arrived, I was shocked by its quality—or rather, the lack thereof. The ingredients tasted bland and seemed like they had been sitting out for far too long. The bread was soggy and lacked the freshness one would expect from a sandwich shop that prides itself on quality. It felt like I was eating leftovers rather than a freshly made sub.Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. The tables were sticky, and the floors appeared as though they hadn’t been cleaned in days. The overall lack of hygiene seriously impacted my dining experience and made me question the restaurant's commitment to cleanliness and customer satisfaction.Furthermore, the pricing at Firehouse Subs was disproportionately high considering the mediocre quality of the food. I felt like I was overcharged for a subpar meal, which left a bitter taste in my mouth both literally and figuratively.In summary, my experience at Firehouse Subs was disappointing on multiple levels. From slow service and lackluster food to subpar cleanliness and high prices, there was little to redeem this dining experience. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge others to consider alternative options for a satisfying and enjoyable sub sandwich.

Subs not so fire. Never got my order AFTER confirmation. just to then be told it was cancelled. Followed by a message saying it was delivered?? No food to be seen. Wouldn't recommend to anybody, not even my dog at home.

Owner is a total ass, after I quit and he purposely would not respond to me about me receiving my check. After a few days he responded asking for my cash app? Uhhhhh no I want my check so I know you aren't shorting me on what I'm owed. (Pretty sure that's illegal) Greedy owner. They don't clean their dishes just re-use them. WOULD NOT EAT HERE.

I ordered here for the Gluten Free Bread, since I have a medical condition in which gluten will make me seriously ill. When I received the sandwich it was made with regular bread and had "out of gluten free" scribbled in marker on the edge of the box. They chose not to decline my order or inform me, but simply made it with regular bread and sent it out anyways. I would've been very ill had I not noticed and ate it. They also charge extra for the gluten free bread. They had no right to accept my order and charge me if they could not make it as ordered. Now I have paid $15 for a sandwich that I literally cannot eat and they can't bother to answer their phone.
