I have tried to lose weight for a very long time. I am older and those pounds do not come off easily. Dr. Fisher's program has taught me that I was not eating the foods that my body requires. I have lost 14 pounds so far and will continue to eat the "best" foods for me. It is not a fast weight loss but it stays off.
