Not only did I get a great experience with working with Silvia and Tara Betancourt, I was educated on everything that I needed to know for each step it took to get me to closing. It took a lot of dedication from them both, that got me to the last step for closing. I want to just honor both Silvia and Tara for all the helpful information and going above and beyond.Fidelity Lending, has an easy to use app that I utilized for communications. It was fast and easy.The one thing I loved the most about working with Silvia at Fidelity Lending, she was available for each question I had. It made the process so smooth for me to get the loan. I value that so much. Silvia even supported me at closing. Words can not describe what I felt that day.Here is my story:I have two boys that I want to give the world to and wanted to give them something I didn't have, a safe home. I fulfilled that dream with all the help of Silvia. When things appeared to get discouraging with my credit score, Silvia provided me with resources to getting me on track.
