Your delivery person just THREW my package on my front stoop, I saw him from my living side window.. Thankful for him it was not anything breakable. Please train your delivery personnel better.

Dislike the "Virtual Assistant." Prefer human contact. Doesn't tell me "anything." I won't use FedEx--they LOSE MY PACKAGES! I PREFER UPS.

So you can't bring a box without a label they can't scan any code or anything cause all there are is a shipper for FedEx it's inside the office Depot so Google is wrong cause they say its a ship site infact there not less you pay them now I was returning a Google nest and the email from Google says being it to FedEx and have them scan the the code and your all set wrong ! You have to actually go to a real FedEx store cause they will box and pack it for free and send it away all the other ship sites don't do that

Horrible delivering and customer service. Can’t ever talk to a person. Have been trying for days to get a more specific time for a package I need to sign for. They expect me to wait all day. Horrible!
