I canceled an order because it wasn't going to be fulfilled at the time they said it would be. They then charge me full price anyway and delivered my gift the next day to a woman who was not my girlfriend. I have tried multiple times to contact the store and there has been no contact back. Easy way to waste $150.

I order online order ask to add note and it was not attach to my order.when I went to pick up my order I had to wait until someone assist me with my order bc I had to wait until two young lady finish with their odd conversation in the kitchen.when she came to front she had a stank face compare while she was kitchen laughing and joking .when I got the order I said thank you and she couldn’t reply back with ur welcome.i inform her my order came with stuff animal and she kinda seem like she got upset .then i ask her if she could provide me with plastic bag to make my gift look cute .she said no with stank face .compare to the picture online and receiving order it was total disappointment for$90.00.

Ordered as a birthday present for my mom to be delivered on 2/15/24. Order never arrived and still shows it has not been made. They never answer the phone, never return phone calls or emails and you can’t speak with anyone at corporate. I drove by the store and there is a sign on the door that says temporarily closed. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was able to get a refund.

Save yourself the trouble: order somewhere else!I ordered from this location for Valentine’s Day, paid extra to have it delivered on the 14th. Not only did they NOT delivered on the 14th, but they do not answer the phone nor emails when requesting for the delivery refund.

Place let’s you order from Stuart store ordered and paid for same day delivery no answer at store drove from Jupiter to to Stuart to talk to a manager big sign on door that says temporary closed would not recommend ordering from Stuart

Ordered online with delivery. I canceled the order because no one would answer the phone and they were later then expected. I canceled the order before they even seen it or made it. They continued to make and deliver the day after I canceled and still charged me with no refund. Still have not heard back from anyone.

You should be ashamed of sending this product out! Out of a dozen roses, 3 had the buds snapped off and broken and the rest were half dead. Pitiful and they don't answer the phone. My husband tried calling the store for 3 days, emailed and filled out the online form with no response.

Ordered for my husband for Valentine’s Day to his work. Paid an additional $20 for valentines delivery and upgraded for a larger display.The order didn’t arrive until the following day, when it arrived it looked wet, the chocolate and sprinkles were all melted and the bottom of the bag was sopping wet. The message was not attached to the order. And my husband said the fruit was slightly mushy.I called multiple times the past few days to speak with a manager, left messages and have not had a call back.

My daughter ordered a beautiful edibles Valentine’s Day assortment from a photo she saw on the website. She paid to make sure it was delivered for Valentine’s Day, Wednesday, February 14. She called me and told me to be on the look out. I waited all day and night no Edibles!!!!! She Called several times. They DO NOT answer their phone and you cannot leave them a message. My Edibles arrived the next day, Thursday, February 15 at 2:30 pm. It was nothing like the photo!!!!! Not much fruit, plenty of green filler. Chocolate covered strawberries were soft. Tried calling them up, they do not answer their phone. DO NOT purchase from this establishment. I do understand they must have been very busy because of Valentine’s Day, but if they could not fill the order on time they should have never taken the order.

I ordered an Edible Arrangement online, to be delivered to our home. The website sent the order to the Stuart location. While my credit card was charged, they never delivered the arrangement. We were home all day.I will never order again if it is the Stuart location, and will notify my credit card company to dispute the charges.

I know they can't guarantee a delivery time but asked for latest delivery time and person on the phone said they would make a note on the delivery and it shouldn't be a problem to at least make it for an afternoon delivery. However the delivery was at 9:00 am. Recipient not available until 7pm you imagine how that will present sitting on a counter for 10 hours. Won't be using them again. Happy Valentine's Day everyone.

Spoke to the rudest person ever this past Sunday. 50 dollars for 12 pieces of fruit and they couldn't even get it delivered on the day it should of been NEVER again

Is absolutely horrible experience. No customerservice orientation at all. Is not a kind spirit. Definitely short tempered and not having a good morning. Could definitely use a training on how to facilitate customer service and a welcoming environment. Seem to be really unhappy with having to be there. Doing work when people struggle to actually have jobs these days.

It's very simple: I paid a fair amount of money to send my 79 year old mom a bouquet of flowers and some chocolate covered strawberries for her birthday. I don't expect things I order to look exactly like the pictures used to advertise them. I also don't expect them to look infinitely worse than said pictures. There were wilted flowers, torn leaves, and no color in the bouquet other than white, off white and faded lime green. Plus the delivery person was incompetent. Just an overall bad experience.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I am currently asking for my money back, if they refund my money I will change my review. I ordered balloons and a birthday cake. I got 6 cupcakes for the same price and they never told me they switched my order (which I would have cancelled). Also they were all shifted in the box and destroyed. They delivered after they were already closed so I could not call.This is unacceptable.
