Absolutely a 5+ STAR rating for the entire team at Custom Auto Center! They do incredible work - you'd never know the front bumper of my car had been damaged! They are fairly priced and easy to work with, plus they took care of working with the insurance company! Louise, the Office Manager, was very helpful and delightful to deal with!

They made and error on the estimate. It was low by about 30%. I found out when the work was complete. There was no hidden damage, they just goofed. They stuck to the original estimate price. Honest people, excellent quality of work.

The absolute worst experience I've had with a car repair.
I brought my car to this auto body shop expecting it to look better than before the accident, as they claimed they would. Unfortunately, the job was completed poorly, and the customer service was even worse.
We dealt with Bobby, who was extremely argumentative and rude. He hardly took a breath to let me talk and communicated very unprofessionally. At one point, he texted me without even knowing who he was speaking with. Bobby failed to recognize the mistakes made by his shop and didn't offer to make the situation right. Instead, we had to pay out of pocket through the dealership for issues that I was assured had already been taken care of as part of my work order—issues that I had already paid them for.
Rather than professionally addressing his mistakes, Bobby continued to talk over me and repeatedly mentioned how long he has been in business, as if that excused the poor service. I wish I could give 0 stars. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

Honestly I wish I could give this body shop negative stars. Do not take your vehicle to this place!!!! First let’s start by the lack of communication. This shop had my truck for over 6 months. No courtesy updates on status or possible length of time it would take…..NOTHING!!! If I didn’t call I wouldn’t hear a word for weeks. That wasn’t the worse part, the worse part was the unprofessional attitudes when I called to even inquire about my vehicle. Eventually when I did receive my vehicle, the work was atrocious and thats being generous. Honestly wish I would’ve taken it anywhere else. Even after having my vehicle for so long it was still incomplete. I just conceded and took it with the written agreement that they would complete the work. It’s almost been a year and still no word on the completion of the work. Countless times in this process I’ve been told they would call me back and never and I mean never follow through with that. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Next step for me is the BBB this kind of business needs to be reported and handled appropriately.
