I brought my 2024 LTV Unity to CTM Customs for the Rock N Roll package (new shocks, Sumo springs, and sway bar). They were able to complete all of the work the same day. They were professional, informative of the work completed and what to expect afterwards, advised me to get a new alignment and recommended the best shop to do the alignment. Once I left their shop, the ride was exactly as they described. And the recommended alignment shop didn't disappoint either. I highly recommend CTM Customs for any work you need.

If you don’t have money for the top of the line upgrades they don’t like you,
Don’t care about you after your vehicle leaves the shop. Go to southeast jeeps.
Got my front end work done including tie rod ends ball joins and stabilizer, was diagnosed of these parts being bad to fix the Jeep . Still drives awful, month later I let them know and they’ll do a “shake down” meaning they’ll look at it and come up with new things that need to be replaced,
Shouldn’t have that been done initially from the start. Waiting for my refund

CTM Custom is THE place to take your LTV for upgrades
CTM Customs is a first class outfit. The owner, Matt is very helpful, friendly and thoughtful
Their technician John did a fantastic job with our RV renovation
We installed new shocks, sway bar, Li battery system and new solar panels
Everything was done to perfection and John did an excellent job showing us how to use all of our new equipment
I highly recommend using CTM

This is my second upgrade I have made to the 2020 Leisure Travel Van Unity with CTM Customs.
In 2023 we installed a Solar Package. We then spent 4 months out west camping. 33% of the time we were "Boondocking" Amazing views every evening ( Views of the Milky Way will knock your socks off) This was money well spent.
2024 we just installed the "Rock & Roll Package" on the LTV. Can't wait to get back out on the road with this upgrade.
Matt and his team are amazing. Their workmanship and care in their finished product is hard to find these days.

CTM came highly recommended and now I know why. Matt and Jon took great pride in the work they performed on my RV. They were especially helpful in recording their instructions for me so that I could reference the videos in the future. They were professional yet spoke to me at my knowledge level.

CTM installed a leveling kit on my 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali 4x4 and installed a Roll N Lock bed cover. The work was done to perfection. The communication was outstanding.
