Have been a member since it opened in Stuart. Up until about 3-4 weeks ago I was able to watch Fox and Friends on the monitors while walking the treadmill. Since this is one of the few times I watch tv during the day I thoroughly enjoyed it. Now it has disappeared and has not returned. The junk, besides a few of the monitors they now have on sports is just that, JUNK. I am on the verge of cancelling my membership, since I now do not enjoy my workouts. I have a small fitness facility where I live, but, up to now have preferred to go to Crunch for the environment. That has now disappeared.
I keep hoping that will change, but up to now it hasn't happened.

I joined Crunch about 3 months ago and this gym is awesome! I love the variety of classes and trainings offered. The staff are friendly and helpful! My favorite is definitely hot yoga! My body, back and joints feel better than they have in years! Even though I enjoy how different each instructor is my favorite has to be Lorrie. She is a great teacher, encourager and her class is easy going and fun!

STAY AWAY FROM PERSONAL TRAINING. TOTAL SCAM ONCE YOU SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE. My trainer was 13 minutes late to our very 1st session of 30 minutes. I was told by the PT manager "too bad, oh well you can't have your money back. He said they will continue to hit my card for over $1,200!

Worst gym ever. General manager is rude, uncompromising, incompetent, lacks enthusiasm, energy, customer service, or any sort of personality or people skills.

Decent gym everything's clean & staff is very nice. Only issue is the yoga fierce class is offered once a week at a weird time but there is a million flow & foundation classes. Having a few more morning fierce yoga classes would greatly improve this gym. Also it's crazy bright in here compared to other crunches they need to dim some of the lights

Kayla at the front desk is the best! She always starts the day with a smile and makes getting to a workout less painful

Really hard time canceling my membership. Wound up paying 4 or five months of unused membership because I was bounced back and forth from corporate to the front desk. My Son and I were always being harassed at the front door just trying to get in for a work out.

The trainers are EXTREMELY annoying, not all but most of them. I’m starting to think they train them to constantly hound you at the entrance to join for a free kick off. I finally gave in and after I repeatedly said NO, I can’t afford it!! He insisted to put my card on file and sign up when I’m ready. I was seconds from flipping out & I had to just walk away. I had an extremely frustrating workout after, I do like the gym… it can get crowded, I just really think the trainers need to relax and the owner needs to tell them something. It’s EXTREMELY annoying, it’s like they are car sales men that just won’t stop. I’m inches away from going to a different gym

Awesome gym. I'm a member from out of town & after calling several times with no answer, and driving :20 minutes to a bustling facility, I found out they don't provide child care- which is totally ok, but that is something that should be advertised if the phones are not being answered.

Publicly cancelling my Crunch vendor membership as I have spoken with 3 different people, over 6 months, to cancel my membership as a vendor and have been unsuccessful. Please do your job and click the button “cancel”. I signed up in October, unexpectedly moved to another state in November. I honored my 3 month commitment (over $400) even though utilized no benefits from the gym. I understand, that is only fair. An employee named Michelle, stated she would cancel when I requested, back in Nov, once my comment was over which was Jan 17th. Michelle is no longer there. In March, I started receiving messages from a representative named Cassandra. I explained to her that I cancelled membership and tried again to move forward with the process. Again, no cancellation! Next representative, Haley. Explained to her the situation, only to receive an email stating that she will give me a courtesy “waive” of the in-person form to sign and that I owe over $600+ or I’ll be in collections. There’s a form that the previous 2 reps didn’t mention?! lol Again, no issues paying for my commitment which I have done according to my bank records. Cancel my membership!! Please!!! Corporate feel free to give me a call, just trying to amicably part ways here.

TL;DR: Very overcrowded, lack of equipment, awful bathroom, lame staff, corporate feel. Before I get started I think we can all agree that it's best to avoid any gym that has clientele that needs to be reminded to put their clothes on before going home. (See bathroom sign)I got a 1 month membership to see if I liked it better than my gym (Powerhouse in Stuart) and after my first workout I asked them for a refund...to please just charge me for the day rate (which is what I should have asked for in the first place). The general manager said no. When I asked why not I could see her eyes glaze over as she searched all her training at the two year community college she almost graduated from...I just sighed and left. I guess they really need that extra $15 dollars. They can put it towards some of the missing equipment they need to complete the gym.I went around 11:30am when most gyms are not crowded but this one was...and horribly so. At first it appears they have a lot of gear but that's only because there are so many people...they need much more. However, it's a sad commentary on a gym this size that there's only ONE captain's chair and it's the old fashion one with the flat back that almost nobody uses anymore. Also, no sign of a Rogue/Assault style bike. Very odd. Also odd was the fact there's no trashcan in the bathroom...it's at the end of the hall just before you get back to the gym. This is why, I would guess, the bathroom is disgusting with orange peels in the lockers and water bottles littering the floor...who wants to wait to carry their trash out of the bathroom? Not their members, anyway. Remember, they also need to be reminded to put on their pants. The sauna was standing room only. Literally. Plus it looked like it wasn't going to ever get properly to temp because, in typical corporate style for safety (I assume) the fourth wall is all glass with big gaps around the door. This is a typical, corporate nightmare gym. Ironically at Powerhouse the pitch from the owner (I think it was an owner) was that they were family run. I didn't think much of that at the time but when I had a problem with my card and it wasn't clear if I owed them any additional money after a short break they talked to me like a human and we figured it out and I stayed (so far for another year). Gyms like Crunch will never learn these lessons. Finally, it's very telling that the owner only comments on the 5 star reviews here, not the one and two stars that bring up problems, because the owner clearly has no intension of fixing or addressing the problems so they have nothing to say to these people.Any gym that made me long for Powerhouse is a very, very, very bad gym indeed.

AVOID joining this gym. It is impossible to cancel your renewed membership. I have been trying since Jan4 ‘24. NO customer service, NO ability to contact Corporate offices, Front desk manager needs interaction training..App is temperamental & 3/4’s of the time wont recognize your profile / membershipDO NOT sign up
