A woman was working, claimed to be the manager. Stated I was at the pump for more than 10 minutes before I entered in her facility to pay cash for my fuel. She then stated, “you have no business in here, if you're not going to buy anything, and just sit†I explained I was on the phone, but then stated “so if you have any other types of business, do it somewhere else†as I handed her cash to refuel. I'm sorry, that I'm a paying customer, and you are going to imply I'm “doing other business†at your gas pump in broad day light on a Tuesday at 2:00 P.M., then i explained politely I work down the street, for a reputable place, as well as for one of the top companies in the world. At that point, I asked for the manager, which she claimed was herself, then began to watch me pump fuel, as I walked out. If you are going to stay local, and expect to judge every human that walks thru your doors, you might as well quit management, because you are the worst representive for any customer service industry anyone could hire. Quit your job, and take up one that doesn't involve customer interactions, because you are an absolute disgrace.
