Can someone please just answer the phone? Call the branch, no answer. Call the “main line” no answer. Finally get through to the main line and they give me some sort of secret number for the branch to call directly…still no answer. And better yet you can’t hold or leave a message it just hangs up.

Very friendly staff easy to talk to. Also when I was asking questions about home loans last year they were able to tell me everything I needed to know. I will definitely consider chase for a loan before trying anyone else. Working on stabilizing my income, growing a fat savings, and growing my credit score! The only thing I’d say is a bummer is sometimes the wait can take a little while whenever I need to talk to someone. But honestly it’s such a small thing that I still think chase is the best overall compared to other experiences I’ve had.That’s the only thing! Other than that it is A1 service. The online phone app is stupid simple so that people like myself find it easy to use and understand. Go to chase ask for advice on financial, credit score, or home loans. They will help you. Ultimately if you can vibe with the staff it’s a good bank.

Robert White on the Investment side made things really easy today helping my Mom. Paperwork was pre-prepared and ready to sign! Maggie Ford is extremely helpful on the bank side. Dio doing a great job at this branch keep up the good work and I’ll be sticking with this team for a long time to come ?

Maggie Ford was wonderful ? She helped me add an account to my existing one. She was friendly and efficient. It was quite busy but she still took the time needed to assist me. She also followed up with me later in the day to answer an IRA question I had.

My mother and I had a Saturday appt with Maggie Ford at the Chase next to Cove Rd. I just want to say what a great representative for Chase Bank Maggie was. We needed to make several changes on Mom's accts and Ms. Ford was very patient, kind, and helpful every step of the way. Mom is 88 and Ms. Ford was a joy to work with and she fixed and arranged everything that needed to be done. Chase is lucky to have such a wonderful employee. Thank you again Ms. Ford for being so pleasant to work with.

The better Business Bureau needs to investigate this branch. I have a relative who is needing help and its odd no one will help him. His claim was denied and he wasn't given any documentation of the error message and the atm machine did not disbursed a receipt or issue his money back. This is a red flag someone. A district managers needs to get involved at this point. There is fraudulent activity going on here.

I recently deposited cash into my account using the ATM in the drive thru. As I deposited the cash the machine went into error mode. Now I have no funds and no receipt. I had to call a number and file a claim. Which will take them 10 business days. It's memorial day weekend and I get a hold of anyone. Ahhh frustrating!!!! Never happened before. So inconvenient!

They are understaffed and manager is of no help if you want to open a new account, she said she can't open new accounts. When the one person that could open a new account was available he was great. He was friendly personable and seemed to be well versed on the products. I will reserve my final opinion until I have more encounters. So far I do recommend this branch but time will tell.

Went the other day and put my check in the machine took my check and wouldn't give it back said 10 day hold went to knock and they wouldn't even help me will be switching banks to td back very low standards for there customers

I have banked with chase for over 14 years and have never left a review . Today I feel the need to recognize what may be the best customer service I've ever experienced . Justin was Very down to earth and personable!

There was literally no one in the drive thru or inside the bank and I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes to simply cash a check. The only reason I'm rating 2 is because the woman that finally came was nice. Please step up your game, I was going to open an account but not if this is how every visit is going to go...
