I'm not sure why this branch is open. They are not able to help with anything plus they do not have tellers or a drive thru. Apparently they can don't even want to open new accounts and tell you to open an account online. (?) Anytime I come in this branch, all of the employees are sitting in one person's cubicle talking then look aggravated if they have a customer walk in. They are getting paid to sit around and talk to each other and stare at their cell phones everyday.

This is the worst Chase Bank I have ever been to. NO drive thru, NO tellers, NO service. You have to do everything with an ATM. I refuse to use a debit card because your account can be hacked and the banks give you a hard time when someone steals your money. I only use credit cards so I can dispute any erroneous charges

What is the purpose of a full size bank with no tellers or cash?? You might as well just have an ATM and call an 800 number. A waste of a location for sure.

Let it be known that Ronnie is the absolute most amazing human being to ever grace Chase Bank. Promote him. Give him ten raises. Someone get this man a puppy.After several weeks of having a problem with my account, speaking with every single available phone line of Chase, and probably ending up on a “do not answer” list because of how many branches I called over and over, Ronnie solved my problem ON THE FIRST TRY. He didn’t dismiss me, he never once made me feel like he didn’t care and didn’t take me completely seriously, and he was eager and ready to help me. I never thought I would have a favorite Chase manager, but Ronnie changed that in a single phone call.Thank you, Ronnie, you’re my hero.

This bank does NOT cash checks unless they are deposited. WHAT BANK DOESN'T HAVE TELLERS?! DISAPPOINTED to drive there and now have to find another Chase. That is just poor customer service!

Do not bank here. Poor customer service and too much corporate red tape. Learned lesson after they "lost" check in the ATM for 3 days. It was deposited on Monday and it was Thursday when it showed record of pending on the account. Ridiculous. I felt like they stole my money and had no way to fix the mistake due to their policies and procedures.
