“I was greeted right away. The team was not pushy. I was there to see a car I noticed online as I was pre-shopping for a vehicle. Everyone seemed to work together and were happy to help me find the perfect car. The team was hospitable. Sharon, who took me on the test drive, was knowledgeable about the brand and offered suggestions. The showroom was clean and great music filled the air. Alande, part of the sales team, was very efficient from what I could tell and together with the Lead Manager, Lance, spoke plainly, no "double speak" and very straightforward which I appreciated. They were all very genuine - even Steve the finance guy!”
