I’m sorry for a poor review. My first 2 times here , I was very happy . My 3rd time - not so much . Today was my 4th time and unless they have another pedicurist, I won’t go back .
Nina insisted I put my feet into the cold water she had run in the foot bath - ok - she drained and refilled the foot tub after I told her ( again ) that the water was cold . She wheeled her (dirty) cart over and proceeded to complete the service . I did notice that none of her utensils were soaking in disinfectant or wrapped liked most nail salons offer indicating they were sanitized . I really shoukd have just left after the polish was off .
She was rough in both her mannerism and technique . No foot massage or moisturizing provided . Again , I have been happy here until today. I may try this location again but with a different nail tech .

2 of the women are SUPER rude. Yesterday at 5:40 I called to find out the price of pedicures and what time they closed (info online says 7pm but I wanted to confirm) and the man was very nice. He confirmed they would be open until 7pm, and since I know what it’s like to work all day and want to get out on time I didn’t want to be “that person” who comes in 10 minutes before closing, I asked what time would be the latest to come in and if my friend and I came between 6:00-6:15 would they have the time and available techs to give us both regular polish basic pedicures. He said absolutely no problem. There was no language barrier or any miscommunication/confusion. . My friend and I got there at 6:05 and even though the open signs were on and 3 employees were sitting inside (no customers) the door was locked. One woman sitting at a nail station hand gestured to me that they were closed. I tips her I had just called barely 20 minutes ago and she and the other woman just kept shaking their heads and gesturing theyred closed. Finally the man who I’m assuming I spoke to came to the door to actually speak to us and I explained the situation and how I called and how it’s not even 10 minutes after 6. He said sorry no we’re closed and seemed like he genuinely felt bad, by his face and tone and those of the 2 women there I could tell he had to just do what they say. The one woman gave a single sarcastic fake “sorry” . Gas and time wasted to then have to search and find another place to call and see if it wasn’t too late to go have our services done. My friend and I will absolutely never go back to even try this place.

Just moved from Jersey to Fl. I am definitely one of those “high maintenance” gals & I like my nails looking close to perfect.. My grandmother in law told me about this place & I don’t regret trying it. Fair prices & excellent customer service. Very friendly, family owned business. I think I found a new permanent place to get my mani+pedi’s !
**Edited to add, although this place was great, all my nails came off a week later and for the price, I was very disappointed.**

This place is horrible I got my nails done Saturday by Sunday they were all off and I went back on Monday they charged me $10 to fix 4 nails they messed up on the polish as well it’s like the guy rushed the process and the girl with the long hair did not polish my nails all the way she left them looking double layered and they were rude had a whole attitude the whole time just horrible horrible customer service for me being a first time customer NEVER AGAIN AND I SPENT $110

I went to this business for a pedicure, and when she finished, I asked her if she had time for a gel French manicure and she said she did. She sat me down and applied the acetone/cotton/foils to each of my fingers. A customer then walked in the door and said that she had a 3:30 appointment. The girl doing my nails said to me, "you will have to wait, I am doing her pedicure and then I will finish you.' If she told me that she had an appointment coming in, I would not have had her start my nails. I sat there for 45 minutes with acetone on my fingers. As a former nail technician, that is just not a good idea, for so many reasons. But as I sat there, it gave me the opportunity to look around, and I noticed that the bag that holds the implements sitting on the table was certainly not a new bag. The implements should be stored in an autoclave, and then once clean, put into a sterile bag, and a new one should be used for every customer. The bag that she was using for me was definitely an older Bag. I then looked around for the auto clave and I did not see one anywhere. Leaving a customer sitting there for 45 minutes, they have a lot of time to think and look around and I would not recommend this salon based on the fact that it was not clean, and the implements were certainly not sterilized. On top of that, my appointment was only a few days ago, and my pedicure is already chipping. My pedicure normally lasts forever with no chipping. It is redone for growth, not because the polish is coming off. But now I will have to go again, just because the polish is chipping off.

If I could rate zero I would.... Hands down the worst nails I've ever gotten IN ALL 25 years I've went!! Clearly this lady is either new or just that bad. I'm truly in shock and so angry bc I am going to New York City tomorrow for a business trip hence why I got white tips. I was very clear on what I wanted and this lady just kept saying yeah. 8 said specifically when SHOWING THE PICTURE how I wanted the white part to look because last time I went there and got my nails done. They didn't cut my cuticles so after two days they were flipping up at the bottom so I had to rip them all off so my real nails are very short. The best part is she was cutting them using the tool where you stick the nail in and clamp it and she couldn't even get my nail in it. She was forgetting to open the clamp or something.....THEN she does my two thumbs one long like I asked - perfect.... Thn she did the other one and I'm telling you it was HALF THE LENGTH! so I tell her and then she proceeds to fix the one thumb and nothing else so I had to physically show her my palms and say you see how much NAIL is off of my skin they all need to match in length so now I need to have them all cut down very short. It seriously took over 10 minutes for me to even explain. ISNT IT COMMON SENSE!?? She didn't even offer to take the short thumb one off AS I GET THEM LONG!! I was very clear then she's doing them and is about to paint them pink at the bottom when I never asked her to do that.... Thn she starts doing the white and I said PLZ DONT LET THERE BE SPACE SO LIGHT COMES THRU AS MY Real nails are so short...... she said ok, and IT JUST GOT WORSE WITH EVERY FINGER! I was sooo tempted to just get up and walk out! Thn at the end i pay with my card and she goes "do you have cash" I said "I'm paying with a card" and she points to the sign about tipping. Never in my life have I not tipped someone... ever. But this called for it. However I was going to $5 on my card but they only tooo cash. So I gave her a $10 and asked for TWO 5 dollar bills back she takes the 10 for me so thank you and goes to walk away and I was like no I asked for 2 tens back..... what did she do?? Gave me 2$ back!! OH and I paid $55 for these. I never paid this much even with dip AND design. I am so angry rn. I should have raised hell but I needed to leave to get my daughter. Honestly if you guys want customers to have a good experience that woman cannot be doing nails. It's insane to me. I can't even believe this. ! I should have never even went back after having to rip them all off. I went twice and had amazing nails (I believe it was the owner who did them..) lol

I went in 6 days ago.The guy did a horrible job on my nails. Didn’t do the design I asked for. Put such little Polish on that you could see through the nail and the black paint.Two days after leaving my middle nail came completely off. Today not even a week later my pinky has come off.I signed my bill of ($80) for a set of gel nails.. then I gave a cash tip (undeserved)Just to get my bank statement that I was charged another $9 I’m assuming as a unauthorized added tip.Don’t waste your money on this placeService: Acrylic nails

I wouldn't spend one dime in this place. Before the pandemic hit they would only allow "certain" people in their salon on Fridays. I'm surprised they're still in business??
