This store & Manu represent the wonderful customer service that encouraged me to drop Straight Talk. Manu went far above & beyond any cell phone store I've ever experienced. It took 2 days to overcome Straight Talks mismanagement of my information. Manu didn't stop until my new Wonderful boost account was active. She showed me more customer service skills in 24 hours than I experienced with Straight Talk in 10+ years combined.. Thank You, Manu & Boost Mobile!
