This past weekend, I had a very disappointing experience with Big Lots. I placed an order for pick up which consisted of only one thing: a set of queen-sized bed sheets. After receiving an email that the store had received and was processing my order, I didn't hear back from them for over 24 hours. I reached out to the corporate office about my order. At first she told me to wait for an email saying it was ready. I explained that it had been over 24 hours and had not heard anything. She offered to call the store on my behalf. Later that day, I received a generic email that my order had been cancelled due to "insufficient inventory." My issue is that when people place an order, the site should have an accurate count for the store's inventory. After all, they scan everything when purchased. Also, why did it take a corporate call before I was notified? I do not recommend online ordering for pick up...at least not from the store in Jensen Beach.

They used to have good stuff for good prices but lately they have been going up on their prices so before you buy there check somewhere else that might have the same thing and cheaper. Also be aware of the expectation dates. They have a lot of cans and other stuff that the expiration date as finished and some things it's been months ... So watch it

I love big lots! This is a nice location. There are always good deals to be had. Ample parking and friendly employees.

Great variety, good prices, excellent customer care. Clean, well organized plenty of options. Been shopping there over 14 yearsSpecial nod to Store Mgr., Sue, also Pat, and Alex. Just wish the bread delivery was more consistent.Never know when he's arriving?

Hit or miss. They either have all of what I go in for, or none of what I go in for. Prices for certain items cheaper than other places. I did get a very nice recliner from them. So far so good with that.
